  Lovely welcoming B&B

  We arrived at this lovely B&B after a long drive and received a very warm welcome. The room was so comfortable with a lovely outlook over the garden and wildlife and our own terrace to sit and chill. We enjoyed the drinks in the garden with the owners Yvette and Ian in the evening. It was so quiet at night that we slept like logs. It was walking distance to two of the best restaurants we visited in all of our 6 week holiday and a short walk into Wanaka which is a really lovely town. Breakfast at Copper Beech has to be one of the best.

  Great start to our trip

  We stayed at Copper Beech on the 16th & 17th February, at the start of our month long trip. It was a great start to our holiday. Our room was modern and immaculate, with a lovely patio area looking over the garden. The home cooked breakfasts were great and one of the best of our stay in NZ. We loved joining Yvette & Ian and the other guests every evening for a glass of wine and canapes, and it was a good way to get some ideas and tips of what to do whilst there. It was my birthday during our stay, and Ian recommended an excellent restauruant, Lipsky & Sons, booked it, and even dropped us off! They couldn't do enough for us. If we ever find ourselves in the country again, we hope that we will be able to stay again.

  An absolute gem with world-class breakfasts.

  Our agents described this accommodation as luxury boutique and they were not wrong. The attention to detail and the quality of the rooms were outstanding. Ian and Yvette were extremely welcoming and the wine and nibbles with them, in the evening, were a bonus. The accommodation provides a great base for exploring the exceptionally picturesque and dramatic areas surrounding Wanaka and is within travelling distance of Queenstown. Wanaka town is within walking distance (but don't forget to pick up a torch for the walk back). We utterly loved it. A HUGE thank you. We will be back.

  Excellent accommodation and great hosts

  We stayed at Copper Beach 18th/19th March, very comfortable accommodation, breakfast choice was excellent. Very welcoming hosts even though it was the start of the Covid 19 pandemic we were made to feel most welcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B.

  Stunning setting

  My husband and I stayed at Copper Beech for a night during Waitangi weekend. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Yvette and Ian who are the lovely owners. The room was sparkling clean and modern with a fully tiled ensuite which boasts a high pressure shower. We had a beautifully presented breakfast which was delicious, plus a selection of homegrown fruit and homemade jam with mouth watering croissants!! Yvette and Ian are fantastic hosts and we appreciate the effort they went to to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Thankyou! Lee and Glenn
