  Back again ... for another fab stay

  Coolum Seaside Apartments are a fantastic place to stay when visiting Coolum. This was our second visit and Sandie even assisted in giving us our same apartment. We love the rooftop deck for sunset dining. Location is perfect with a quick 2 min stroll to a flagged beach via main shops. Apartments are spotless, spacious and well equipped. Facilities are maintained daily and pool is generous in size. Its a great place for a family holiday. Its also the extra touches that make this an easy holiday - beach towels, boogie boards, buckets etc., are all available to borrow. We love staying here, as do our boys. Thanks Sandie and Murray for another great stay at your apartments.

  Will definitely be back, amazing location!

  My wife and I stayed at Coolum Seaside for 8 nights over the Christmas/New Year break, absolutely loved it will be back for sure. The service from Sandie was professional and helpful as we had not stayed in Coolum before. Our accommodation was very spacious and quiet, free wifi was brilliant. Having three pools was lovely as they never felt busy. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to the beach and Coolum Surf Club, could easily walk between the resort and beach in a couple of minutes. Was actually great being a street back as there was no noise from cars or foot traffic you'd usually find being on the esplanade. Also there were a few local cafes/restaurants that were easily within walking distance, which was another nice surprise. Honestly my wife and I were blown away with our stay and will certainly be back!

  Great for families

  This is our first time staying at Coolum Seaside. We are so impressed with the spacious, bright and immaculately clean apartment and great facilities that never feel crowded. It's a great place to unwind and relax being a street back from the main road yet still so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The managers Murray and Sandie have gone over and above to assist us during our stay.

  Great place to stay

  Had a great stay. The resort is immaculate, the room was spacious and the Managers Sandie and Murray were friendly and accommodating. Close stroll to everything Coolum has to offer. Will definitely be back.

  Believe the great reviews

  We booked for a short 4 night getaway seduced by their very good discount deal and encouraged by all the great reviews. We were impressed at check-in to be allocated a top floor unit (no. 24) with a second, private rooftop area that came equipped with its own BBQ, drinks fridge, sink, bar table and stools and lounging chairs and views of the ocean. This was in addition to the balcony off the lounge that had outdoor lounge seating. The apartment was probably the most spacious we have stayed in along the Qld seaboard over the last 20 years. Simply and not overly furnished with a big comfy L shaped sofa, large TV (though no DVD player), sound system, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. As we only needed one bedroom, the second bedroom and second bathroom was locked off though the second toilet and sink was available. There were fans as well as air conditioning. We found the bed too soft for us, our only complaint, but that is highly subjective. There was a laundry in a cupboard with washer and dryer and a small wall-mounted lift out clothes line on the balcony which was very handy. Everywhere was very clean. The managers were friendly and helpful. A bonus is free wifi, and free to borrow boogie boards, buckets and spades and tennis rackets and balls for the full size tennis court. As it was a mid week stay after school hols we had the three pools to ourselves. There were lots of BBQs especially near the lap pool, spa's, outdoor covered seating and pool chairs but it is a big complex so I imagine in peak season it still gets crowded. It was perfect this time of year! It is around a 350m walk to the beach and with littlies, carrying beach equipment this might be a bit of a drag but with slightly older children no problem. You can take a short-cut through the complex to enter/exit on Frank St (and behind the shops to the seafront) and avoid the steep hill which is Beach Rd. An advantage to being set back a couple of streets is how quiet it is away from road and passerby noise, especially at night. Secure parking is underneath with a reasonable 2.1m clearance which meant we had no problems with our Ute. It was also walking distance (for a small shop) to the Coles complex. All in all an excellent place to stay and we will earmark it for future visits. Having not been enthralled with short visits to Coolum previously, in crowded conditions and difficulty parking, we were pleased to discover just how nice the beaches are and found several additional walks we never knew existed (such as through the bushy headland - where we saw turtles off the rocks- to the Yaroomba Beach outlook and Emu Mountain) so thank you Coolum Seaside for helping us discover a new favourite destination.
