  Nothing COOL about this place...

  My family and I checked in to this place on a late Friday on October 2016. We were a party of 7 including 2 kids. The staff was not friendly and their customer service sucks - big time. One of the ladies in the desk told us right away that if we "overstayed" it would be an additional P200. I asked the ladies in front if they have any discount or consideration with our rate related to we were planning to stay for 2 nights, we have a senior/ill citizen with us and not to mention the 2 young kids. One of the ladies said no that they can only make it cheaper by removing the breakfast if we prefer which did not matter really. The lady made a clear statement that since it was Saturday the following day, the rate would be different for the second night stay. An additional (one-sized) mattress was P450, whereas in other better hotels, you can choose between a single and twin/queen mattress for only P300. An extra blanket cost P150. The restroom was outdated. The room was depressing. If you have time to look around for other better hotels - please do so. Customer service and overall rating NEGATIVE. I totally regret staying in this place, but we did not have choice at the time as my Dad was already tired and cannot tolerate searching for other places. We checked out the following day as soon as we can and found a better place just up the street.

  Clean and Affordable

  Its a good place to stay if you want to get a quick escape from the city.. close to sky ranch and robinson.. very accessible.. haven't tried their food cause theres a lot of good place to eat nearby the place.

  Just good for sleeping

  We stayed in the new wing. The room resembles a new motel room. It is clean, with toiletries, wifi and cable tv. I sheets and blankets are a bit thin and pillows not so nice to sleep on. Good enough for an overnight stay. Location is good although you need to walk 80meters from the main road to get to the hotel. Place is quiet at night so you would be able to get a good sleep.

  You get what you pay for

  Went here during peak weekend with family. Quick overnight. No major plans. + location is near everything like walking distance + but at the same time, its not along the hi-way, so no problem with noise. - tv wasnt working - bfast was not available - water supply wasnt good - couldve ignored these minor things if the staff were great, but they werent. They tried, but they were disorganized and untrained. Despite all these, well stay here again if we want to just have another getaway as its still comfortable enough. Well do better planning, if ever.

  My wife and i try to check in to this colorful bldg. Upon arival there's no guard no staff to welcome us. Parking -excelent lot of space Rooms- pwede na/ rate of 2,200 overnight stay with wife na mahina and cable and aircon Security- kakaba kaba Place - cool Staff- disoriented and untrained No customer service masungit yung front desk not even greet a customer Food- O/A there's no menu to choose what to order basta nalang lulutuin pag sinabi mo mag breakfast ka kitchen is not even ready then the only available na food kung di pa tinanong is hotsilog with the price of 200 pesos per order. So we cancel our order and lipat kami ng wife ng kainan. Baka wagyu ang meat ng hotdog nila kaya mahal di naman explain why 200 peso ang hotsilog nila or anu difference ng hotsilog nila sa ibang tapsihan.. Kung sinabing wagyu meat ng hotdog nila ok lang kakain kami. Overall total poor service
