Good hotel.I actually loved this place. I ended up here by accident really, my hotel that I initially booked cancelled and agoda offered me this place at the same rate, I took it mainly because I couldnt be bothered with the hassle of looking around for a new place. The rooms are a little bit dated furniture wise, and there are a few mosquitoes and ants but its all super clean, with a comfy bed and pillows, hot shower, air-con and towels. Its also located within walking distance to Kata and Kata Noi beach. (Kata Noi is the better one out of the two.) The owner was really nice, I only spoke to him a couple of times but he was friendly and helpful. Phuket wasnt really for me but if I found myself there again I would defo stay at cool breeze bungalows.

CorrectGood localisation , near of the beach. Good AC and hot water. Their was a gap under the door but no moskitos thanks to the ceiling fan. Very busy in high season, the manager ask us to leave as soon as 11am. Because it was fully booked for the next day... Not a bad place for the price and very close to the surf spot in Kata beach. Could be a good option in low season!

Gorgeous balcony views!Stayed here for a night and was pleasantly surprised with our room and stay compared to our previous hotel in Phuket which was more expensive. Our room was comfortable, spacious and fairly clean. To get to the actual hotel rooms are a challenge due to the steep hill but the views you get from your rooms are well worth it. The descend may also be difficult for some. The only downside is the bathroom requires more maintenance such as the toilet seat. Wish we stayed longer. Would stay here again.

It was okWe chose this place due to its location. We wanted to be close to the beach but didn't want to pay resort prices. The bungalow was spacious for the two of us. It had a small fridge, a tv, and a private bathroom. There was a dining area at the entrance of the cabin, but we never used it as I was constantly bitten by the insects. There was a rack to hang your wet clothes, which was also convenient. They gave us two bottles of water every day and also changed our towels. There was a shampoo and a conditioner dispenser on the shower-area wall. Our bungalow was A15. You had to climb a little bit to get to the main entrance. This could be an issue if you have mobility difficulties. On our arrival I asked the person in charge about the cleaning. He mentioned it was done once every two or three days, but not every day. Regarless of this info, the cleaning ladies knocked on our door every day, anytime after 11 am. Some days we were not ready, so I believe they could clean our room on only 4 out of the 9 days we stayed there. I also asked the person in charge about renting a scooter. He said he had a friend and he could give us a very good rate, but he said we should leave our passports with the friend for as long as we decided to rent the scooter. I told him that was not going to happen because we were not giving our passports to anyone, and we would prefer to pay a security deposit instead. He then said that the only way to rent a scooter in Thailand was by leaving your passport in the rental company, and if you didn't do it, you could get deported... needless to say, we didn't rent a scooter with him and I didn't not ask him any other question as he was no longer a reliable source to me (by the way, we decided to hire "friendly taxi and tours Phuket" and explore around the area). Overall, I would not stay there again. However, if you will spend most of the day outside and want to have great shops around and save money, you should consider this place. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

Cheap accommodation, basic. My partner and I stayed here. Pros: -owner is friendly and let us check in prior to check in time. -location is wonderful, short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. -Room is ok for the cost. -Good views of the sea. Cons: -Gaping holes in the wooden front door, felt unsafe and meant geckos and bugs could get in the room, we tried to cover with a shoe. We spoke to owner about holes in the door, he said they were ok and would be fixed when the man is back from holiday. However we felt uneasy about leaving belongings in the room unattended. -Bathroom was basic and no windows, just mesh. - bungalow is dated and basic. -very steep hill to walk up, we were carrying heavy backpacks and in the heat it was hard, I imagine anyone with any mobility issues would really struggle to get up to the bungalows.
