  3rd Visit...very well done! Recommanded 100% and will be back!

  Our first stay was January 2013- one night Second stay August 2013- one night and we were 2 families in two rooms Third stay September 2013- two nights in two rooms(3 persons) I am very shocked to read these comments. We travel all around the world regularly in very good hotels. This hotel we chose it on our first stay because it had very secure parking and our car was very safe. We always had spacious rooms, the rooms were very clean, everything was always top. We ate very good dinners. It is family run and the father is so friendly and helpful and will do everything to help. During the last two stays we ate very good food. The recommanded food and wine was excellent. The price is not on the expensive side. We do not complain but there will be people who will complain and very difficult to please like the ones who left bad comments. All i can say is that we went there three times even whn it was very very busy and took four other friends there who were alway 100%happy with everything. On our last stay, our friend was in a single room and he was very impressed with the quality and vale for money. I must add that this person owns a good a la carte restaurant and he knows good service when he sees it!!! I would be much happy if thy have internet by wifi. In these ages this is very imporant ! Next i would be very happy with some better breakfast even if we pay more for it. Keep it up and try to impove these two services. We ill come back!!! Thank you for your service!

  Disappointed

  Rooms were bleak' no cups, hair dryer broken, breakfast was sparse. We have had a series of hotels while on a two week bicycle trip and this hotel was a standout for lacking everything. There's no view, you are on a busy highway. Lighting was dim. Staff responded to my requests but it was a poorly managed place. Shower had no pressure and no hot water. I would not stay here again.

  A secluded Hotel outside Pozzallo

  Unlike many other places of Pozzallo this Hotel has plenty parking space and parking is free of charge. Otherwise the place appears to be dubious. People wearing dark glasses visit the owner and request to view his business ledgers in the evening. Suddenly the police has a meeting in this place. On some occassions the hotel is very quiet but it can happen big business groups arrive suddenly. This hotel is a place of surprise.A restaurant is attached to the hotel. However, be patient it takes at least 20 minutes before your meal is ready.

  Big thanks to the Management

  Would like to express my gratitude to the management of this Hotel for their understanding on Saturday 23.09.2018. Was booked for one night at this Hotel on the 23.09. Due to a Medical Emergency one of the family members decided to proceed directly to the ferry and try and board to Malta. Sent a message to this hotel to which the response was amazing. Top Notch Customer Service and thank you very much .... Hope will soon have the opportunity to stay at your hotel ....
