  Leaking Tub

  My boyfriend booked the room with the hot tub for our anniversary. Everything was amazing but the tub was leaking really bad. We had to interrupt out romantic evening to go get a bucked and a mop. :( We were just given a short "Sorry." The mini bar was overheating and not cooling properly. The AC was not strong enough to cool the whole room. The TV is nicely positioned on the wall - there are actually two TVs. The carpet has seen better days. It was burned and damaged in a few places. No breakfast included in the price of the stay. Other than these negative points, everything else was nice but they did not go the extra mile to make the room more romantic or inviting. No complementary drinks waiting, or a basket of something. One would expect that kind of thing when they book a room with the hot tub right next to the bed. Just saying.

  Not bad but overpriced

  Very small hotel, at nice location if you want to explore New Belgrade (part of the town across Sava river). Hotel is located only few hundred meters from Danube river and plenty of caffes. However, I would say with price tag near 100 /night is way too expensive for this type of hotel. First hotel is way off the major Belgrade sights with most of them located on the other side of the river Sava. Also, hotel doesn't offer buffet style breakfast, you only get usual eggs/saussage meal at hotels caffe. Also, being a woman, especially didn't like fixed type shower.

  Last Minute Awesome

  My boyfriend and I booked this hotel last-minute before our flight from Paris took off. By the time we got there, everything was in order. Papers were done up, room was set to go, and the lady at the front desk was waiting for us. We felt uncomfortable at first, since it is located above what appears to be a night club and the entrance requires you to walk around the building through a narrow passage between two buildings. Once inside, you feel right at home. The staff is kind and are willing to help whenever they can. Breakfast is not included, but is worth the small fee (5 euro for your choice). Our room was very clean and proper, much bigger than we expected it to be. Overall, it was an awesome experience. Although it does not have airport transport, a flat-rate is provided by taxis FROM the airport to the hotel.

  Good price & breakfast

  I've been here and I found Contact Hotel comfortable. The room was large and we were in four friends. Good price including European breakfast that you could eat in the morning until 12 a.m. I recommend this structure, very close to the city centre and just 20 minutes to the airport.

  Very average

  Positives: 24/7 helpful reception, bed was ok, large walk in shower and bathroom cleaned daily, decent location as close to pretty Zemun quay (zemunski key) & Gardo tower. Negatives: bedroom floor appeared not to have been cleaned between guests, glass pile from (accidentally) smashed lamp oddly not cleared away by cleaners, breakfast basic and staff not keen to make menu items ("it'll take 20 minutes"). Overall: slightly overpriced but you could do worse
