  Excellent property to stay!

  We stayed at the property November 12 November 20. It was nice new and a clean property we liked our stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was amazing specially the fresh breakfast with bunch of varieties and fresh omelette station. Restaurant staff was very nice and took care us very well. Special thanks to Tayyab for providing a 5-star service and entertain our kids during breakfast. Housekeeping was above and beyond to the service special thanks to Mustafá who took care of our room very well. He often stopped us in hallway and asked us if we need anything else. It was great. I would also like to thank Mehmud Salim who helped us take our luggage from room to all the way in the car and waited for us to be there. Truly appreciated. The only issue I have at the hotel was not being able to recognized well as a Hilton gold member. When we arrived first, we were upgraded to executive floor but werent given access to executive lounge. Later when I showed them Hilton policy in the app, the honors desk took it to the manger and we got approved next day. I feel folks at Hilton honor desk should have been trained to do that at first place rather denying upfront

  Brilliant service

  My family and I stayed at the Conrad for a week in December. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleaning service is impeccable. Every aspect of the room is well thought out. Whatever we requested from the cleaner was delivered promptly. Breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay. The service from Noor and the rest of the boys was 5 star. We asked Noor for carrot and ginger juice and he brought us a freshly made cup, even though it wasn't a normal menu item. He was very pleasant and an absolute delight to see every morning, with his gentle and smiling persona. I loved that the breakfast was so fresh and it featured lots of Arabian food, truly an authentic experience! I really miss having Om Ali for breakfast now that I have returned to South Africa! Special mention of Adel, from the Cafe. My father would go to the Hilal Cafe almost everyday and he would tell us how lovely it was to speak to Adel, and that he was a real gentleman. This hotel is highly recommended. Especially for the space and the proximity to the Haram. Very convenient to access Bin Dawood Supermarket. Also this hotel just smells so good

  Best Hotel in Makkah!

  This review is long overdue from my families Umrah trip that we took in October 2019. We had booked this hotel for a one week stay before we head to Madinah, and all I can say is I am so happy we chose the Conrad. This was my second trip to Saudi Arabia for a pilgrimage, first time being in August 2018 for Hajj where my husband & I stayed in the Clock Tower, however in our eyes the Conrad Hotel was and is a better choice for us. The time it took from leaving our hotel to get into the haram for prayers was literally 5 mins. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with amazing services from all staff members and hotel keepers, from the people that made our rooms up to the hotel manager at reception, everyone delivered excellent service to us. Breakfast was a wide variety and Hotel is linked to a small shopping center also with many shops in there. I would rate this Hotel 7 star if I could! A big thank you to all staff at the hotel for making mine and my families stay very enjoyable.

  I dont recommend it !!!

  Every time since I checked in They make me sad thats it .. The reception crow really bad .. they have sweet mouth but really bad action This will be first and last time .. I hope they fix there problem :(

  After so long...

  It has been a long time since I last stayed in Conrad Makkah which further was not helped by the Covid pandemic. I booked Queen Superior - Partial Haram. Not sure if we got the right room as it had full view of Haram and even a glimpse of Kaaba's rooftop. It was a strange feeling upon entering the lobby for check-in as it was practically empty. There were hardly people around most of the time save for solah times when people go down for prayers and then back to rooms. Breakfast was moved to Prime Restaurant on the ground floor due to smaller number of guests. Service in the restaurant was very intimate as if we had our own butler. I received a phone call late morning asking my experience and the hotel also offered late checkout. The kind gesture was well received but we had other plans and had to leave before Zuhr. Overall the trip was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is water from the shower cubicle kept flowing out due to faulty silicone stopper underneath the door. Hope that can be fixed.
