  Top class! 5 stars awarded from a luxury travel addict.

  We frequent high-end hotels such as the Burj Al Arab, Six Senses, Jumeirah and Intercontinental brands. We never stay anywhere for less than 10 days. We expect consistently lavish accommodations, first class facilities and above all exceptional service. The Conrad Koh Samui meets all of these markers. I read reviews avidly, but rarely write them. I reserve my efforts for only the most astonishing experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend Conrad Koh Samui Residences. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom villa with a breath taking views, highly attentive and intuitive butler service and extreme comfort. Marco Araujo leads from the front in creating a culture of personalised service and tailored experiences amongst his team. He is a very present and involved Director and doubtless a credit to the resort. A terrific ambassador for the Conrad brand, with superb attention to detail. He repeatedly offered intuitive ideas for fun excursions the man is inspired. Win, (Sheirwein Kwoklius) our resort host, whose natural intuition, good nature, and attention to detail were impressive, smoothed out our stay and made everything very easy. All the staff across the resort looked after us very well, especially making a fuss of the children (7 & 8) particularly the Spa. Cleaning was immaculate for all 3 weeks, inside our villa and throughout the resort. The buggy service was prompt and reliable for the duration of our stay despite being peak summer school holidays and full occupancy. The food is pricey, but both outstanding and generous, so ultimately value for money. The dining experience at Jahn is unique and exciting. The variety of food across the resort is spot on. Even the in villa dinning menu is luxury. When combined with the super furnishing of the dinning area in the villa it creates a wonderful relaxing and lazy experience. The resort also handled food allergies with care and without incident. The theme nights are worth venturing along to. The beach is beautiful and clean. The villa private infinity pools are a generous size and not at all cold; the excursions are, in my opinion, better than everyone elses. We spent hours in the Spa and visited daily. Again, first class service from highly experienced therapists, provided in a serene environment. I also enjoyed the saunas with panoramic coastline views! Nothing is too much trouble this is a resort that prides itself on indulging its guests. Feedback is welcomed and acted upon. They remembered our breakfast preferences and set to work the moment we entered the dining room, without prompting. Full marks for anticipating guest needs. I cannot over-emphasise how wonderful the villas are. So spacious, well equipped, and designed with comfort in mind. Peaceful and enjoyable. This is an experience I am eager to repeat. We have already booked to return for another 3 weeks. Im counting the days.

  Fabulous location

  Amazing villas and pools but the hotel was slightly disappointing. We actually stayed in August 2018 and works were being carried out on the main hotel pool and we hadnt been informed. Grrrrr - The hotel gave us free drinks for an hour an evening in the library, which if Im honest didnt compensate for a hotel at £800 per night. The first night they had Prisseco on but removed it. Beach was very disappointing for this price and not really worth using. Amazing experience but not worth the money -

  Fantastic place to celebrate New Year

  We are spending eight nights in this amazing property with phenomenal views. We are fortunate to have experienced the one bedroom as well as the two bedroom villas. The two bedroom villas are absolutely mind blowing unbeatable views. Conrad Koh Samui caters well to families as my daughters are being very well looked after by the warm hospitality. There is a myriad of activities including a kids club, kayaking, sand castle building, snorkelling, and well placed hammocks in everyplace imaginable. The staff was quick to respond to feedbacks professionally and promptly which I greatly appreciated. There are also sunset tours, cooking classes, spa treatments, gym and fitness activities to name a few to cater to the adults. We welcomed the new year 2020 with a happening and memorable beach party, amazing food, and a firework display at Conrad. A special mention to the staff including Rueben, Marco, Aui, James, Yu, Kitty, Nicholas (thank you for the juice) Tent, My (from kids club), Mai from Zest, the talented staff at Jahn (most amazing dinner, and amazing special mocktails). Thank you for making our stay memorable. We hope to be back with our extended family in the future.

  Extraordinary - Must read this review

  The week at this resort was sensational, the rooms and views are amazing, buggy service prompt, food excellent, the service was of the highest standard, it could not have been any better and always with a genuine smile on their face, I spoke to a trainee who told me that it was his dream job, management have got the training and the feel of this place just right, well done Marco and the team. I must mention Joe Brown what an entertainer he is, we looked forward to listening to him each night before dinner, he was just sensational Here is what made our time at this resort extraordinary, their signature restaurant in Jahn, this night we booked the restaurant, they served the first of 11 courses on the deck before moving inside, this is when things went really bad, somehow my partners diamond pendant became unattached and fell somewhere on the deck down a crack not to be seen again, the 11 course menu did not go well with periodic crying between courses , nothing I could say helped the situation, the staff were so nice and understanding, the next day they searched for it but to no avail. The director of operations Marco spoke to me see what they could do to help. Over the next two days 5 maintenance workers removed the deck, found the diamond pendant and screwed the deck back down and returned to us, one very happy lady
