  BEST HOTEL IN INDY

  We stayed her overnight for Valentines Day... I know what you are thinking and it was not one of those get a ways as our 3 year old and 1 year old was with us. This stay was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. We checked in and they offered us free champagne and chocolates but our hands were very full so they brought it up to our room! I received 4 breakfast coupons at check in because I was gold statues even though I was only entitled to two. We also utilized the pool at one point the staff brought us all waters to our assigned station. Before check out the next day, the front desk staff brought chocolate to my children as we waited for our car to be brought around. The beds are beyond compare. The only downside is that I was not upgraded a room due my Hilton statues but I know the specific room types are limited at this hotel and it was Valentines Day. The attention to detail and the customer service is what makes staying here a treat every single time. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, first with family and I will be back again and again!

  Anniversary trip. Amazing hotel!

  Beautiful Hotel and wonderful, friendly staff. First time staying at a Conrad and what a pleasant experience. We went in for our Anniversary and was so excited when looking at the hotels in the area to stay at this brand. I called ahead to check on available amenities and with some general questions a few days prior to arrival so I would know what to expect. From the moment we pulled in, the Conrad Hotel did not disappoint. Hotel has a classic look from the outside and the branding simple, clean, and the brand signage in red is bold and really pops. There is Art throughout the hotel with public viewing concentrated on the first and second floor, but it is also throughout the hotel as well. Price HigherEd but not unreasonable for the area, and considered it a good price given the brand. To make it even better, I paid with points and money for this visit so got a wonderful deal and got to use some of my points. Room - I had reserved a Deluxe Room with a king bed. I had to ask about the eligible status upgrade but was so happy that one was available. We were upgraded from the Deluxe to a Superior Room on the Eighteenth Floor with a view of the Soldiers & Sailors monument. It was an awesome view and the room was immaculate. The bed and linen were the best. Shower and bathroom were really nice too. I took both a bath and a shower during the visit. I thought the TV in the bathroom added a nice touch. Valet I feel like the $49.00 price point was a bit excessive. For me it was really a safety and convenience cost. I would imagine a $35-37 range would be more tolerable. The Valet Staff were friendly, and well-coordinated. They did an amazing job and the valet experience was favorable and some really nice and personable valets. Front Desk & Lobby Staff Amazing and courteous Staff. I was impressed and the entire team deserves props! I got the impression that they really cared about the guest experience. Pool Loved this pool. We were able to book some pool time as the hotel. You had to reserve a spot which a nice COVID precaution. We had an after dinner/evening time and so we had the entire place to ourselves aside from the attendant. We almost didnt get in as they had my name reversed and off a little. I was confused when they said Used both the pool and the hot tub. I think being in the indoor pool and looking up through the glass roof and seeing the red CONRAD sign on the top. I didnt utilize the SPA or the Gym during the visit but both looked nice (especially the spa). Dinner & Breakfast at The Capital Grill. We had Coffee to go from the Capital Grill prior to the breakfast reservation. Breakfast was MyStay preferred option so used the voucher for $10.00 a credit/coupon per guest on a higher end breakfast (Lobster Eggs Benedict & Peppered Filet Hash). Critiques Few areas for improvement but my critiques for the visit are that I had to ask for my status upgrade, it wasnt offered (I am seeing this to be a trend across the Hilton brands) and a few times they would reverse my name and say Robert Williams at the front desk, and the Williams reservation at the pool. Pet peeve for me and surprising especially with how much attention they pay to detail. Final critique would be on check out, I called down to the front desk and requested the car and when we got down stairs 10 mins later the message was not passed along to the valet. None of these really reflected too negatively on the stay, just wanted to fully represent the experience good and the not so good. Requested a late check out which was not an issue at all and didnt need the entire time. Checked out via the app and dropped the Key Card off. I am a Hilton Honors member but am pretty confident the wonderful experience aside from the upgrade and included continental breakfast to be the same for all. It was very COVID Safe, relaxing, and friendly stay. I would recommend a stay here if you get a chance, and personally would love to stay here again as I think this stay spoiled me.

  Exceptional Service

  Stayed for a weekend with my wife and two young children. The service at the Conrad was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome anytime we walked through the lobby or to valet. They even went out of their way to talk to my two and four old and ask about their day. The room and the lobby were very nice and the price was half of what we paid at JW Marriott with by far better service. Will definitely stay again.

  Ehhh double size beds is not luxury.

  We picked to go to a hotel for our four year old, so the kids could go swimming and overall have fun in the hotel room. The pool area is fantastic. It really is a highlight. Nice hot tub and huge pool. You do need to reserve times to go and the disappointing part is the limited hours 10a-6p. So if you check in on time- 4p---you don't have many options to go to the pool and same in the AM since you need to check out. We did book 5-6p and 10-11a and went for about 1 hour total between those times. The kids loved it. The big downer is only offering king size bed or 2 double beds. It just isn't comfortable to have a double size bed as adults. Wish there were better options. The breakfast, being a diamond member was nice, since we did get some free options for food that were good. Essentially I would say this is average hotel.

  Amazing 40th!

  I stayed at the Conrad in celebration of my 40th birthday as a 2 night staycation that turned into a 4 night getaway all due to the impeccable customer service received from the staff and the amazing manager Adam. When first checking in I was offer $50 credit for breakfast at Capital Grille which is attached to the hotel. I arrived in my room and needed to change rooms and most hotels will just have you return to the front desk to retrieve your keys but Adam not only brought them to me, he also brought a pleasant surprise of champagne, chocolates, and cookies just for a minor inconvenience. I stayed in room 1515 which was a timeless beauty. It comes with a seating area, space for me to work, a very comfortable king bed, large tv, and ample storage space. The bathroom is stunning with large counter space, separate shower, and large soaking tub. The added bonus is the tv in the bathroom. The stellar rooms are not the icing on the cake, it is actually the wonderful pool and hot tub which is a very rare amenity these days. You will have to schedule a reservation to utilize it but that is a plus because it shows that they care about the safety of their guests. I extended my stay with this fantastic establishment for one reason only and that was the hospitality that I received from Adam. Each time I called or visited the front desk he addressed me by name and made sure that my time there was going as smooth as possible. It made me not only feel welcome but important. I have visited many Hilton properties but the Conrad will forever be my favorite. This hotel is in an area surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and is connected to the mall which is a great convenience. Also, if you are a wine lover you should definitely stop by Tastings wine bar which is also connected to the hotel. Thank you Conrad for a memorable experience.
