  5 day stay

  My husband and I stayed at the connext residence as part of our Thailand backpacking tour. We stayed for 5 nights, the room was clean and it was a good price for 5 nights. The pool was very good to cool of in after a hot day. My husband wasn't to impressed by the motorbike hire (you will need to hire one if you want to go in and out of town) the host did not have change to give us when paying for the 4 day hire and he wrote on our involve not to be later than 12.15 when returning, he didn't show up until 2pm with no apology. The cleaning facility is not really worth the money all they do is make your bed and empty the bin + new towels which went for 2 towels each large and small to 1 towel, no fresh sheets. On the last few days they did not replace the toilet roll and we were left without for 2 days, we purchased our own to save the hassle. The gym across the road looked great so we asked to access to be told it is 1500thb per day each that's £35, that was rather disappointing. All in all it was a pleasant say loads of beautiful sites to see in Phuket Town. I am a great believer in you get what you pay for. :)

  Very nice and clean room

  We been here for a couple of days! It was very clean and was smelling nice! The wifi was not so good inside the room and little laggy! We were staying on the 6th floor of the compound! You can enter the swimming pool and sauna for free if you want it! Free and security parking too!!Staff polite and helped us to book a scooter and order a tuk tuk on the check out!!

  Clean, location not great, use the free ofo bikes

  We stayed for 4 nights. Location of property is not great, good long 25 - 30 minute walk into old town and no buses, tuk tuks or songthaew nearby. After paying abut 400 baht to get to Patong in a taxi, we discovered a songthaew bus that runs from patong beach back to Phuket old town for just 30 baht each, we then used google offline maps to walk back to hotel. There are some food places about a 10 minute walk away, but most don't speak English or have food pics to point at, however we found at the top of the road ( turn left out of hotel ) a place on the right hand corner who would do excelent chicken fried rice to eat in or take away for 50 baht each. If you walk past the park, under the bridge and down the road a bit further, maybe 20 mins, you can find a great little street food market, they also do great cocktails for 69 baht. Apartment has no balcony, except the tiny bit that washing machine is on. Access to pool is via a gym, though pool is great -limited sun loungers - only 4!! Access to pool was included in our price that we paid to booking.com. Staff a bit hit and miss, female receptionist was great in helping me book trips, the guys not so helpful. Ofo running free bike trial on Phuket ( download app ) was useful to cycle up the road - wasn't brave enough to use elsewhere.

  If you can rent a motobike it's perfect

  The room is clean,light and cozy. Hot water anytime, nice stuff, good veiw from the window. It far from the centre of town- walking approximately 30 min. But we enjoyed staying there. There is a nice pool at the hotel

  Very good place

  I like this place because the room was clean also quiet and safety hotel,staff very friendly and swimming pool was clean but breakfast meal not too much choise, no coffee and bread but I will stay this place again.
