  Me recibió una barata en el baño. ( bicho ) ( escarabajo ) La ducha estaba tapado el desagüe y rebalsaba todo el piso del baño No logre regular temperatura y dormí bastante mal. Camas buenas y buen espacio de habitación Buen desayuno y atención Buena vista

  Opción estándar

  Siempre que voy a Aalborg me quedo en este hotel. Es una buena opción porque no esta lejos de la salida de la ciudad, tiene buenos servicios, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y el servicio de bar, restaurante y desayunos están genial. Lo malo es que está alejado del centro y de la vida de Aalborg.

  Ok hotel. Parking problems and covid 19 challenges

  5 nights in the hotel, sells parking 85 Dkk per night, but sell more spaces than actually exists, when you return in the evening you have to find parking on the streets..They offered refund at checkout. Covid 19, didnt see any extra cleaning of doorknobs, elevators etc. Elevators stuffed at mealtime, 15 floors and 4 elevators, no signs of Max capacity on the elevators. Breakfast buffet, no one controlling the inflow of people, no one checking use of hand sanitizer. Should have people doing this to control the covid 19 situation. You have to slice the bread yourself: not good, everyone touches knife. Gloves/plastic bags on the hands false safety, people do not know how to handle this, and ends up with wrong use, and risk of contaminating even more.Always people who didnt sanitize hands or use the bags, But noone from the straff to instruct and correct. Early in The morning before 0830 ok, we avoided prime time 09-10 because of this. So if sleeping in, we ate elsewhere. Was offered a refund from management for this. Old hotel, refurbished inside, ok Rooms, ok bathrooms. Clean. Balcony useless, no table or chairs. Doors to balcony very old. No air con, so you have to have door open in summer nights. Nice views on high floor. Going back? Not without better covid 19 control systems. Later? Not during summertime/holiday.

  Recommend staying somewhere else

  Recommend finding another place to stay for the following reasons: 1. Noise. The windows are not sound proof making the noise from the nearby large road go right into the room. Dont plan on sleeping good if you are using this hotel. 2. Sleep comfort. The beds are bad but the pillows are terrible and worn out. They even run a pillow program where you can choose your own pillow. Reality is that they dont. Asked for other pillows but they either didnt have them or didnt replace the bad ones for other reasons. 3. Breakfast buffet. Its a Corona nightmare and it is in no way protecting the guests from infecting each other. Sure, there is hand sanitizer and gloves but bread baskets and fruits and in big bowls that guests can cough into. 4. Elevators. This hotel has a design flaw. It needs to triple the elevator capacity, but it hasnt. This means that sometimes you wait for 15 minutes for an elevator that has room (no kidding). Imagine how annoying this is at breakfast and check out rush hours. Sure, you can take the stairs (if you can find them - its a maze) but its a 16 story hotel and with luggage this is not an option.

  Nice room, but serious parking and covid problems.

  Nice, big room on twelfth floor. Excellent views, clean and good bed. Super service in the reception, BUT parking is a huge problem. Even worst is the covid 19 efforts in the breakfast restaurant. Plastic bags ment as gloves were laid out by the buffet, and of course disinfectant fluid. The problem was lack of information on how to use the "gloves". Some used them, put in their pockets and used again. Some had one on the hand the held the plate with, and none on the hand they used to help themselves to food with. Quite busy and it took long time for the staff to clear and clean tables. No information about which tables were ready for new guests and witch were not. No information about how to act in elevator que, how many in the lift for each ride. That lead to several disturbing situations, some wanted to ride alone, others didn't bother.
