Don't botherNot a nice complex you really are just a number.... Our room was clean it was ground floor opposite to Admiral pool, that was the only good point... Staff very rude especially Danelle on the reception, and Andre on Captain reception, food poor if you turn up a minute before meal service ends there's nothing for you to eat, the staff will make you feel very unwelcome, and were to busy on there phones... I asked for some butter at 9 .56am to be told no butter breakfast finished, then to be told no butter in the whole of the hotel, THEY COULD'NT BE BOTHERED The 3 entertainment team the blonde girl didn't see much of her the guy was ok the other girl I think was ola.. ! Didn't see her smile or interact with the kiddies especially in mimi club she was on her phone!!! MISERABLE The soft drinks dispenser was dirty full of wasps the drink itself was cheap mixer that tasted vile the amount we were charged for the week in August proper coke/ Pepsi etc would not cost a lot more to supply... 1st day we were there they was poo in the Admiral pool, no 1 was bothered the commodore pool is probably the best but really needs attention .... If your British don't bother going Not got a good thing to say about this complex Would be nice if the management would answer some of these reviews

We had a great time!I went here with my mum and Dad for a summer holiday! We had a great time - food was fantastic and plenty of choice for me as a veggie! Really friendly staff, great views from the restaurant and spotless pools. Overall we all thought it was great value for money - if you want a 5* hotel, pay 5* prices!!

Ms CardBe very cautious about booking here if you are a family!!!!!!!! And do not get the all inclusive option! The good news is that the rooms in the refurbished block are fine, clean and modern. Ive heard though .. that the rooms in the other blocks are grim. The staff are polite - If a little disinterested . The bad news is that If you choose this as a family holiday hoping youre kids will find friends and giveyou some peace , you will be sadly dissapointed as the hotel is about ninety seven percent occupied by Eastern Europeans. Much of the food is inedible. At breakfast today the muesli was stale as were the rich tea biscuits (!). The sausages looked radio active and as for the coffee! Hoping for a miracle - we tried to get a refund to move elsewhere- no joy on that one. Great views from the top restaurant.

Blood and poo on the sheetsSo we have just got back from a week in Argassi. The holiday was great, but the accommodation, not so much. See my brief summary of each criteria: Guests - this isnt the place for you if youre English. The hotel pretty much caters for Russian and Eastern Europeans, which is fine if youre from those parts of the World, but you very much do notice that youre a minority if youre from England, and you get a sense that everyone else does too by the rude staring, lack of manners, lack of laughing, pushing in queues and attempt at being intimidating, which creates a bad atmosphere. Food - the food was never bad, it was always cooked nicely, but pretty much had the same choices every morning, day and evening, which can get very boring! Alcohol - the alcohol was always nice, and the beer went down a treat, as did the cocktails. Rooms - we had a family room, which could only be described as a prison cell. When we arrived, one of our boys sheets had blood stains on, whilst the other had poo stains on their sheets, which clearly hadnt been washed as the stain still smelt! Also, do not expect clean towels or sheets unless you leave them outside the front door. Staff - the staff were friendly and polite, except for the old guy on the front desk, who always seemed to have an attitude with us. Entertainment - dont bother. Yawnnnnnn! Location - Argassi has a decent little street of bars and restaurants but the beach sucks. Tip - this is our 11th time on the Island (first time staying in Agassi). Hire a jeep and spend the days travelling around the beautiful beaches and attractions. Head to Dafni beach for a chilled day, Porta Roxa for good snorkelling and adrenaline fuelled cliff jumps, st Nicks for water sports, and Filipoi beach for the nicest and most secluded little gem on the Island. It truly is amazing for snorkelling and relaxing, and the drive from Argassi is lovely too. Also, if youre staying in Argassi, take a little walk to Artemis bar in the evening for good rock music, friendly atmosphere, funny dancing barman and good beers!

Never againWe are currently on our last day here at the commodore hotel they compromise of three in the village being the Captain the Commodore and the Admiral out of all three I would say we had the best location although the views if you were lucky enough to get a room was definitely in the Captain hotel the sea views in the main restaurant is awsome. Our room was just that a room 510 over looking one of the pools nice but just basic ,cleaned daily the shower lovely but drove me mad being attacked by the shower curtain nowhere near big enough to shower without catching the shower tap continously. If your all inclusive don't bother about breakfast OMG I am a chef myself and can honestly say I wouldn't serve up obviously the eastern Europeans love this.Eggs hard and over cooked every time and cold fried Bacon only one day that's it. Sausages little frankfurter cut up and baked beans the rest not our thing. Very much geered up for the Polish and Russians over run Ourselves and maybe 2 other family's the only English in the entire complex. The lunch time food was lovely couldn't fault the choices, the same goes for evening meal just very repetitive. Shame as hotel has potential as I can see parts of hotel being renovated. The Pools are lovely but the Captain one with child's pool is tierd looking and very dated.the other 2 pools lovely but camp out to put your towel on we see people doing it the night before. late afternoon always beds available though. Beds were clean as were the linen and towels if uou wanted fresh towels then leave on the floor. The private beach area was lovely the beach not so but once you were in the sea it was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds too. The beach hut was ok but only soft drinks self serve bottle drinks or water is available no snacks either you had to go back up to hotel especially if you all inclusive. Snack bars at all the hotels poolside shame nothing on beach. Aragassi is lovely but I will say hire something to see the the island it's a must what we didn't see by boat we saw and did more using our quad absolutely saw the whole of the island and swam on all the main beaches and simply stunning coves.Entertainment none really.would I come back ? yes but not this hotel some of the staff friendly but others rude. Hope this helps we go home tomorrow snd looking forward to it unless I could swap hotels and be with more English. Sorry hotel but too many Eastern Europeans for us. Kaz
