  Excellent maintained property

  On Madeira Beach (great walk from resort to John's Pass on either sidewalk or beach). Well maintained property, immaculate pool/hot tub area with palapas and open seating. Our one bedroom was small but sufficient to our needs. The staff is friendly, helpful , accommodating and just great, especially Maria in the front office. Comfortable king bed. There is no mid-week towel exchange but you get more than one pool towel each and the laundry on site is free.

  Small but Nice

  Unit has living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath room but no extra space. Limited counter space in kitchen, no counter space in bath room, small closet in bed room. Older property, some updates made. Unit was very clean and staff friendly and helpful.

  nice place

  beautiful view, nice space and very clean. staff friendly and helpful. good bed. bathroom small but ok close to shops and restaurants. furniture not new but clean and comfortable. enough towels in the bathroom. Appliances ok in the kitchen.

  Dont accept a motel unit unless it is near the beach front

  This unit although clean was small and dated. Our unit was a one bedroom but it was more like a motel room with small sitting area. The location of the unit we had was dark and noisy beside the entrance to pool. There are bigger units I believe in the connected building that people seemed happy with.

  Commodore Beach beautiful but not friendly

  If you like and ocean front and do not care to socialize this is the place to be. The ocean is great however the pool is small and there is no gas grill. The room is exception and the view was spectacular. Seeing dolphins every day was the best.
