  Excelente relación precio- calidad

  PROS: El hotel está al lado de una estación de metro que te lleva a todos lados, desde la ventana del cuarto se veía la torre de Tokio con una bonita vista. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas como en todo Japón, pero están limpias y en buenas condiciones. Hay desayuno sencillo incluido y es un buen ahorro, hay hotcakes, algo de fruta, etc. Hay un super al lado. Wifi. CONTRAS: Todos los canales de la tele están en japonés. La relación calidad- precio es muy buena, lo recomiendo.

  Excelente humilde habitacion pero muy buena ubicacion el metro,desayuno magnifico ,espero volver pronto ,la atencion unica siempre ayudando y asesorando a todos ,vuelvo pronto,esta lejos la ciudada pero tenes todo cerca hermosa zona,muchas gracias a Tripadvisor por brindarnos este hotel.

  A good business hotel in the heart of Tokyo

  I stayed at the Comfort Hotel in October 2019, just in time for Typhoon Hagibis to visit Tokyo. The hotel staff were very good during the storm, making sure that everyone was looked after. They accommodated our meeting even though they really didn't have a meeting space for us to use. The hotel is very close to the Shirakawa subway station and Kiyosumi Gardens. If you're visiting Tokyo, figuring out how to use the subway is a must. Kiyosumi Gardens is a beautiful place with lots of history. The rooms are nice enough - what you would expect from a mid-priced business hotel. Comfortable but not luxurious. The bed was clean and comfortable, and all the features of the room worked. Unless you can read Kanji, you will need a translator that works with your phone to figure out the thermostat . The rooms are not big. If you're used to North American hotels you will be surprised as the rooms in Japan are about 1/4 the size of what you get in the US or Canada. On the other hand, you're in Tokyo! What are you doing in your room other than sleeping?

  Very Flexible & Accommodating

  The hotel and staff were VERY understanding and accommodating when I recently cancelled my booking due to Coronavirus outbreaks. I was extremely impressed with their response to my questions and very grateful that they were willing to be flexible given the circumstances. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future.

  Superb Service

  I stayed here from December 13-17 of 2019 and I did not encounter any problem at all. Front Desk no matter what time of day or night are always very courteous and accommodating and helpful. The housekeepers are VERY KIND in that they LEAVE A FRESH supply of towels, bathrobe etc bundled in a plastic bag every day since I had the do not disturb sign those 4 nights! Breakfast menu is awesome! Train station and Family Mart are right outside the hotel and if you walk a block or two theres a ramen place, 7-11, a grocery and drugstore, as well. Very convenient location!
