  My family and I stayed at the Hotel at the end of December of that year. Booking the room was simple, check-in was quick and the free breakfast was great. In addition to an afternoon snack. The rooms with queen-size beds very clean, comfortable with 2 pillow options. They also had a sofa bed, chair, dresser, table chair, flat screen TV, minibar, coffee maker, microwave and air conditioning. Breakfast had scrambled, boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurt, toast, cereal, apples, bananas, oranges, coffee, tea and orange, apple and other juices. We use the pool area with hot tub, all with scheduling and social restriction. Free wi-fi with no password required. Great!! We will be back soon !! Thank you so much! Very nice.

  All in the details

  So I thought this was supposed to be a spectacular hotel with over the top amenities. Here's what I found wrong with my room and the property in general. Furniture has dings, scratches and chunks missing, sofa was a hideabed so when you sat on it, it sank a lot deeper than was difficult to get out of. Bed was not comfortable either. I could feel wire frame like structure of bed poking through the mattress. TV kept jumping ratio aspect so went from wide screen to normal constantly and gave me a headache to watch. It also shut itself off without using the timer feature. I'd be listening to a show and all of a sudden TV is off. Just randomly turning off sometime after an hour or two sometimes just only a few minutes. Weird short maybe? HVAC System seemed to either constantly run hot or not at all. If I wanted heat the blowing kept the drapes from staying closed and I was on the 1st floor so I just ended up turning heat off. The HVAC System was also very dirty. I sleep like the dead but was woken up the 1st and 2nd night at 2 am by something. Your only allowed 30 minutes in swimming pool and it was too cold I don't think it was heated at all and the Hot tub was hot but zero bubbles and the 2 inlets were behind steps so got zero jetted relief. Breakfast was same blah waffles and pastries you get everywhere. Soup and chili both tasted like they just kept everything in the crock pot and reheated it day after day. I was planning a 6 week stay do to construction going on at my home but after 3 days I gave up and moved to Springhill suites. I will post my review when I check out of there. Although staff tried to be friendly for the most part, nobody ever asked how my stay or roo. Was. And the morning front desk lady was very rude from day 1. She checked me in but a couple hours later, I forgot my key in the room and she let me in but told me she had to come in and see my ID due to company policy. Like did she think I was trashing to place or could she have been nosey? She even said she know she just checked me in. Then last night she pointed out that payment was going to be stopped after that. I said I know, I am checking out. Like who stops a guest on their way in to point that stuff out?

  Excellent

  My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the comfort suites. We were surprised to find out the place was 11 years old it looked brand new was very clean staff was excellent and food was very good. Yes they served breakfast.

  helpful and friendly

  The staff is all very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and comfortable. This is our second stay. The first was in 2017. I highly recommend it. the pool was scheduled for 30 minute time slots. We thoroughly enjoyed our pool and spa time : )

  Great customer service

  We booked our room online through Expedia, where the room was listed as a suite with a separate bedroom. We arrived to find out that was not the case and ended up having to get two rooms. I talked with the front desk and they were quick to fix the issue for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable to boot! Would stay here again!
