  Another Great Stay

  Im reviewing this hotel again because I have had really good luck here when Im flying out of Pittsburgh Airport. It is my go/to hotel. My sister and I stayed here the night before our trip to Italy. We were fortunate that we were able to get a late check out because our flight was in the afternoon. I have started using the park and ride option to save money. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are sufficient and enough to get you on your way. The shuttle service is very prompt and accommodating. The staff has been wonderful. I usually interact with Megan and Ashley, and they are wonderful. I already have another reservation in a few weeks for my next trip.

  Good value

  Stayed for two nights to attend a meeting locally. Shuttle was efficient and check in friendly and fast. Large room, clean and comfortable. WiFi was good and plenty of choice on TV channels. Breakfast was complimentary and perfectly OK to start the day with plenty if choice. Would recommend.

  Pleasant stay

  I stayed two nights to attend a conference at Robert Morris University. My stay was pleasant, as I experienced a friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyed a clean and comfortable room. It was just a bit hard to tell exactly where I was supposed to be turning when I first arrived in the dark, but I found it. If I had to complain about something, it would be the setup of the breakfast area. Even if just one or two people are in there waiting for the toaster or waffle maker, no one else can get in.

  Unreliable Shuttle Service

  If you are booking this hotel for their shuttle service, I would look elsewhere. I called the hotel after picking up my luggage at baggage claim. I was asked how many in my party and told them just myself. I was instructed to go to Door 8 and look for the Marriott van because they do their shuttle service. She could not tell me how long I needed to wait, but I think 50+ minutes is excessive. The shuttle never arrived and fortunately I could call someone meeting me at the hotel to come pick me up. I believe in this instance, they were waiting for other to need the shuttle. People going to other hotels waiting for their shuttle came and went....and I was still left standing there waiting.

  Stay and Fly

  We stayed here prior to our trip to Florida. Hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and close to many places to eat. We parked our car here for 8 days and the shuttle was very nice and prompt. Will stay here again.
