  Great value, comfy beds, good wi-fi

  We found a great price to stay here while visiting family in the area between Christmas and New Year's. The hotel appears to be recently remodeled especially noticeable in new carpeting in the hallways. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The wi-fi was strong, reliable, and didn't bog down in the evening as often seems to happen at hotels. Water pressure was good as well. The breakfast was usual Comfort Suites waffles and expanded continental fare plus a varying hot food selection such as scrambled eggs and bacon. Everyone in our family was able to find something they liked. We appreciated having the mini fridge, microwave, and extra space of the pullout sofa that the suites offer. The hotel is a bit tucked away behind restaurants so it can be difficult to find the drive at first, but it is not far off the main road and has quite a few restaurants right in the area.

  Kudos to Front Clerk & Team

  Special thanks to ppl who made us comfortable and welcome. Mersija was very helpful, pleasant, and kind. She was very professional with every request we asked for. Because of her, we had decent BF in the midst of all this crisis. The manager at front was very nice too. We will definitely come back again!

  uneasy about covid 19 precautions

  we were in town for a funeral and chose this hotel for location, price and reviews. The woman at the front desk was very polite and was wearing a mask. The people at the front desk were the only employees that wore masks during our visit. After we got to our room I noticed in the shower was a used bar of soap from a previous occupant. WOW it made me question the overall cleanlyness of the whole hotel, but we were already there. so we wiped down the room the best we could. the next day we went down for breakfast and discovered if you wanted a hot breakfast your choice was toast. we were told that the stove didn't work anymore, i wish we had been told that when we checked in because we would have made other plans. But it was to late if we wanted to get to the funeral on time.

  Great hotel!

  A very pleasurable hotel to stay at. The entrance is beautiful, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, very spacious, and friendly staff! Would definately return or recommend this hotel to family or friends!

  Not for me

  The location is excellent, which is why I chose this hotel. Nothing else was good about my stay. The halls reaked of marijuana. I checked in on the early side because I had to drop off my luggage & head to a meeting. When I entered the room there was dirty laundry in the hallway at the neighboring door. Upon entering the room, it looked clean, however it did not smell clean. I was in a hurry so I turned on the AC, dropped my stuff off, and headed back out. I returned around 9 pm that night. At night the parking lot could use more lighting and the landscaping didn't help. I entered the hotel and went to my room. The pile of dirty laundry still there! Room smelled better. But now I saw the water stains on the ceiling in the desk/sitting area. It was late so I finished up my work and headed to the shower. The bathroom needed a lot of work. Paint was peeling from all over the ceiling, especially the shower area. Shower pressure was good, but there was almost the same amount of water coming out if the shower head as the shower faucet. Sometime around 3am had to call front desk due to neighboring room yelling & screaming. They did call the room and a few people left. Breakfast was good. Its your standard "covid era" breakfast. I will say that this is one of the few places that had a hot breakfast option. I've been traveling for the last 2 months and most hotels do not have any hot foods. I wish there had been juice. As I went back to the room the dirty laundry was still there!!!!! I would not stay here again. I left with the impression that this may have been a good hotel at one time, but it has declined. It seems like this may be a hotel where people may be living, instead of staying. The next few nights I moved over to the Courtyard which is right across the street. Much nicer property and almost the same price.
