  No llevábamos las espectativas muy altas por el buen precio que tenía. Aunque la ubicación es mala teniendo coche no tardas en moverte a sitios. La habitación muy grande y limpia. Destacar la atención de PETER que fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo.volveria

  Filthy disgusting rip-off

  I will be contacting Expedia for a refund. This was a fraudulent bait-&-switch scam. Expedia led me to believe this was a Fairbridge property. It was booked 8 weeks ago, and somehow - miraculously - within those eight weeks it was acquired by and converted to an OYO property. The the Health Department needs to be called in. Sheets not changed, a used condom left behind in the sheets by some previous occupant, discontinued airport shuttle, discontinued breakfast, closed pool, room made up on only ONE night, 7:30 AM wake-up call came at 6:30 AM, filthy facilities. Absolutely disgusting.

  Visited May 2019 when it was a choice Hotel

  There is a good reason why it is no longer a Choice Hotel. I was there in 2019 when it was branded as a Choice Hotel. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet. There is ample free parking. That is it-there is no more good stuff. Staff are not what they initially appear to be. Same thing for the advertised property facilities I.e. pools being consistently in working order. I got 2 different stories about why pools were not working and for how long they were not working. Both involved clearky conscious decisions by management to effectively not make them able or safe to use. The breakfast offered was very substandard by Choice criteria. Both in terms of food quality and like the pools, malfunctioning or dirty equipment. See pic of taster with 1 element not working (other toaster was not working at all) and the fiery waffle maker. I cannot comment on what the current iteration of this property is like, but if ownership and staff are the same, I would expect no change other than the name. Particularly irksome was $2.50 mandatory daily charge for the airport access free, even though I drove there, and never went to the airport. That is a hidden extras fee skin to a resort fee. If they are still pulling this fast one on their customers, at least I have for warned you to expect being over charged. While the basics are good, if you are planning to stay there because of the extras it claims to offer, expect them to consistently fall wait sorry of your expectations. I relocated after 1 night to a different airport property and I cancelled a few other future days I had planned to be there. Having to re-jig travel plans at the last minute wastes vacation time and is unnecessarily stressful. My recommendation is avoided being disappointed if you expect more than simply a clean quiet room with free parking. Stay somewhere else and be happy.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Booked and paid for two hotel rooms two weeks in advance and when we showed up to check in, there were NO rooms available. Not even the ones we paid for. Informed there were 18 rooms that weren't cleaned and nothing could be done. Extremely frustrating especially with an exhausted 7 year old. Will NEVER book with them again.

  Couple ahead of us were getting a refund because found blood all over walls in 224 then they were given 106 and they had cockroaches stains on couch bed was dirty front office manager was very rude as if they were to blame for all this disgustingness
