  Stranded at O'Hare

  My flight from O'Hare made it on time to my destination in Columbia Missouri, but due to fog had to return to ORD. I was stranded in Chicago! Alex the desk clerk and the shuttle driver Rocco took awesome care of me!

  Made a bad situation so much better!

  Our flight was delayed over night and we had to stay in Chicago unexpectedly. It was a frustrating situation until we reached the hotel and was welcomed by an amazing friendly staff. They really made sure we had everything we needed and that we wouldn't miss our fight in the morning, Alex at the front desk was particularly helpful and kind. We decided to order from the restaurant and I was impressed with their serves as well. Rooms were nice and perfect for a little shut eye before heading back to the airport. Both our shuttle drivers were great as well. If I'm ever stuck in Chicago again, I know where we're staying. Thank you!

  Dirty room & horrible customer service!!

  I booked a non smoking king suite room at this hotel For the holidays to see my family in Chicago. My wife and I drove 4 hours to this place and were giving keys to our room. When we enter in our room there was a strong Perfume smell (My wife has asthma and I asked for a non smoking room at the check in time). We also found two long black hair on the bed. Bathroom floor was wet and desk chair was in the middle of the room. It looks like theyve moved someone before us or room was not ready. We came back to front desk and girl at the desk said we will take care of it and issued us a new key for a different room on the 2nd floor. We went to our new room and tried to open it but the door was locked from inside. We knocked on the door and a guy came out with a dog and start yelling at us. We apologize to the guy and explained him that room key was giving to us at the desk for this room. It was around 9:30-10:00pm and we were very tired. We came back to front desk and told the lady what happened and she didnt even said SORRY or apologized. She said we dont have any other king bed available. I was upset and asked for a manager on duty. She handed me a business card and told me to call tomorrow. SERIOUSLY!! I looked up on the hotel website and theres were several rooms available. We booked in Advanced to get discounted rate. When I told the girl she advised me to cancel and book it again for higher rate or check out. We checked out and stayed at the comfort suites Arlington heights which is 10 mins away and had no issues. I would recommend travelers to stay somewhere else or make sure your room is CLEAN. Specially during COVID. Safe travel and stay safe.

  Pay to park

  I was highly upset because we had to pay to park $15 per car. The web site say parking is available but it does not say you have to pay for it! The we was given a handicap room and did not request it!

  NOT Non Smoking

  I am currently here on night 2 of my 3 and might be my last. 1st night we checked in and the room assigned to us smelled like an ashtray. The staff (very nice staff) moved us right away to a room down the hall. This room smelled better but when my 5 year old son laid down on the pull out couch he fell right through because the couch was missing 2 clips. We were already tired so we dealt with the issue. Day 2 we switched again and were moved to a HIGHER floor. I call it a higher floor because the smell of weed was REDICULOUS! I just want to get over this evening and check out early. P.S. The mask thing... not heavily enforced!
