  New and very nice property big room great breakfast great

  Very nice hotel its new new lady at the front desk told me its only just about two years old. Breakfast was great both days I was there first day was sausage patties cheese omelettes waffles cinnamon roll flavor waffles, cereal, bagels, juices and milk. The second day they had bacon along with the sausage and then also had scrambled eggs. So theres plenty to eat for breakfast for everyone the cinnamon roll waffles you got to try they are really good. Overall the hotel was very modern very clean the lobby is very open and airy. Ive been to several choice hotels where the lobby is small and closed off and this was super nice and has a fireplace for the TV and a seating area out front. So if you get bored of being in your room you can come downstairs. Nice pool and nice weight room. The room was very nice it was the suite so you had a couch it was a decent size couch with a Chase lounge on one side. And there was two plug-ins right next to the couch there was a desk with a ton of USB ports on it as well as several plug-ins behind the desk and I believe for plug-ins on top of the desk. The TV swivel so you could watch it from the bed or the couch. A bit small for the size of room only at 42 inch. For being a sweet I wouldve hoped for a 50 or a 55 inch. The bed was comfy wasnt the softest bed that Ive slept in it was decent it was comfy. I would definitely stay here again the only negative thing was that my fiancé her knee was bothering her and we were really looking for a hot tub and this particular hotel doesnt have one but the comfort inn and suites down the road does have a hot tub. But I didnt stay there because that comfort inn didnt get as good of reviews and its an old hotel. But other than that I have an a hot tub I didnt find anything negative about the hotel. Even the elevator dings as it hits each floor is really quiet so even if youre on the floor with rooms close to the elevator youre probably not going to hear it.   Getting worse

  I have stayed at this hotel several time this year and every time it gets worse and worse. We are probly done with it unless I here of sone changes. My wife and I stayed here back in mid May will traveling and it was descent the rooms were a little Dirty but it was manageable but this trip was just nasty. There was still trash in the trash can and gummy bears all over the floor. The bedding had been changed and fresh towels but that was it. I called down the the front desk to get a new room and they said they were booked and they would send someone up to clean it up ASAP witch it was 7:30 at night. A man shows up at 8:45 and SPEED Cleaned are room and changed the bedding at my wifes request but was not very happy over it. I like the location and the outside appearance but the rest is lacking and needs help. Sure hope they can get back on track!

  Nice Hotel next to the Meridian Avenue Speedway

  This is a nice property located next to a very busy street in the Meridian Avenue/Oklahoma City airport corridor. The area of town is a bit rough, with a steady pedestrian and cardboard sign-holding community nearby. The exterior of the east-west situated hotel is attractively well-landscaped with a unique drop-off area that features an over-hang that rises to 12 feet clearance. The over-hang is completely anchored to the hotel and was just very cool. Melissa, at the front desk, was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to view a room before an early check-in. Not a complaint, but an observation,,,I selected the end north-facing room on the west side of the hotel, closest to Meridian Avenue and it sounded like a speedway. If you have a room on the west end, be prepared for the ambiance of the Indy 500. The most unique feature of the comfortable room was the shower, which is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a single pane of glass that extends only about 2/3 of the shower. There is no sliding door to completely close off the shower. 1/3 of the shower area is wide open to the bathroom. Fortunatley the water pressure in the shower while adequate was not strong enough to splash outside of the shower area. The Oklahoma-themed pictures throughout the room were a very nice touch and the room itself was a single king-sized bed with a half-wall that separated off a sectional-style sofa sleeper. The bed was very comfortable and Isabella prepared a very clean room. My only issue was the door was loud, even when closing it slowly and it was easy to hear all other doors in the area of the room. Very good stay, although no breakfast offered duing the Covid-19 pandemic.

  Always clean, always comfortable!

  We always stay here when flying out of the airport. We decided to stay here this time because of a long softball weekend. Even though it was about 10 miles from the complex, this hotel never let's us down. We are glad we stayed here again and will continue to book this hotel when in OKC.

  False advertising

  The site has important covid updates but neglects to mention that they are NOT anymore offering free hot breakfast or airport shuttle service as per covid safety precautions. We did get an apple, water and a mint (for breakfast) and a phone number to a taxi company. I know 3 of the surrounding hotels ARE still offering these services because I called. This hotel did not answer the phone but we took a chance here because the pool was open.
