  For kids traveling on a budget, it works

  The worst service Ive ever received in my life at any business. But you get what you pay for. The room was incredibly cheap and since we were just staying one night, it served its purpose. Beds were uncomfortable, bedding was dated and not luxurious at all. Bathroom was small and cold and my sister said it felt like prison. Tv was smaller than Im used to as higher quality hotels. But it was a suite so the living room area was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of storage for such a cheap location. Just no tv in the living area. Had a balcony which would have been nice if we were on a different side of the hotel - we overlooked the back of a gas station where sketchy people were hanging out.

  Unsatisfactory cleanliness

  Cleanliness issues with the rooms and the restaurant I was moved from 1 room to another and that room also was dirty the restaurants appearance wasn't the cleanest floors weren't kept up during service

  Mold in bathroom but attendants quick to act

  Was able to switch rooms quickly, but the finding of mold is an instant 2 stars in my book. It was on the shower curtain and two locations on the walls near the bathroom. The breakfast options were good.

  Apathetic Workers

  This hotel, while older property, has a good room, location, and environment although their major downfall is the employees. The staff make you feel as though the customer is a burden taking them away from phone time. You will not be greeted. You will barely be talked to. Be ready to wait for staff to finish what they are doing (I waited 15 min at front desk for attendant to show up). Dont expect an apology either. Remember you are a customer who is a burden to the staff. Also, plan to eat elsewhere. The hot food at this place is horrible. Dont expect it to be ready when they open nor refilled after it was eaten. Other than that, the internet was surprisingly fast, and the bed slept nice. This place has a major management issue.

  Filthy and run down- would not stay again

  This hotel is older, and is not well maintained at all. After switching from a dirty room, The 2nd was not any better. I cleaned with my own Clorox wipes. The carpet is stained disgusting and so is the couch. There were actually many other surfaces that were not clean that I do not have pictures of. The nightstand had not been wiped down at all. The toilet was not cleaned at all. You can see in the pictures the pee spots on the toilet seat. The outside of the toilet looks as if it has not been cleaned in a long time. Im Pretty sure the only thing housekeeping did in this room is change the sheets, if that was even done. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures. You can easily see how filthy it is as soon as you step in the door. When I notified the front desk attendant she was apologetic, but the cleanliness of this hotel seriously needs to be addressed.
