The most disrespectful hotel staff I ever met!***** We would like our money back please! **** We were wrongfully kicked out because hotel girl was on a power trip! Did not like that I questioned her on why she called my husband Homie. Read till the end. Why didnt I read the reviews first??! For starters we just needed a quick room for the night and have gone to Quality Inn & Suites in the past and never had any issues with rooms or service. Initially I came into the lobby after my husband checked in and I asked the lady at the front desk a couple of questions concerning Wi-Fi and breakfast she was kind. We went upstairs and the room was surprisingly large with nice patio, but very outdated with stains on couch and all over rug. There were dog hairs on blanket and in sheets along with white hair and what appeared to be pubic hair. Second bed also had dog fur on the sheets. The bathroom sink filled with water upon washing of hands and slowly drained. Bathroom had one working light other was busted out with brown spots on ceiling. Crumbs on the side of night stand and u set the couch. Daughter took a shower but water never heated up. Okay, this is where it gets trivial. Husband calls downstairs because were grossed out by sheets. No answer. Tried from Hotel phone and personal phone. Husband then goes downstairs and lady not in the lobby. Shes outside smoking. This is around 12:15 am. So he says we need new blanket and sheets because they have hair in them. She then asks how long we have been here. He said, I dont know. Maybe about an hour and a half? There was another lady that checked me in. This lady he is talking to now says well, Ive been here for about an hour homie. When my husband tells me this, Im instantly irritated. Ive never been to a choice hotel and talked to like that. Usually there is always great customer service for the most part. Never calling somebody homie. So she ends up coming up. She hands him sheets and two thin blankets. I went to the door and said, why did you call my husband homie? She said, what? This time I say firmly, why did you call my husband homie??! Its rude! Thats not customer service. She immediately says, with no explanation and no patience at all. FLIPS and says, you know what? Youre outta here!! And starts walking down the hall. I then proceed to ask her why are you kicking us out? I follow her and ask her why are you kicking us out? I simply asked you politely why you called my husband homie. It basically goes back and forth and shes telling me it is 2020 and if she wants to call him homie she can. She said shes calling the cops because we need to leave. I continue to say to her I didnt do anything I simply asked a question and again it goes on and on. I followed her to the elevator and she stopped and bucked up towards me looking upwards at me in my eyes telling me we need to leave. I told her she didnt need to call the cops because I will gladly leave. She told me to have a nice day. My husband mentioned that if they are kicking us out for this reason he wanted money back and she said no, we werent getting anything back because I was out of control. This woman was out of control. As if I dont have the right to ask why she is talking g to my husband unprofessionally. I feel I have the right to ask. To me, it could have been a miscommunication. Maybe my husband misheard. I wanted to clear things up because you never know. But no, she made the situation worse. We then went into the room and packed all of our stuff very nicely and nicely walked out of the motel. The police ended up coming and saw us as they were in lobby and we were walking out through the lobby and she told the police who we were and the police seen us and saw us in parking lot as well. They never even approached us because it was so stupid! Conclusion is, THIS LOCATION is ran down, dirty and makes you feel like you have bugs on you. This lady which Ill Post photo is quick to anger and I bet she goes off on other coworkers, bosses or customers. I will never In life go to this motel again and I am seeking to reach out to corporate and co tact whomever I need to contact to get our money back for the night. We were kicked out because she did t like that I questioned her, she yelled at me in the hallway and Ill admit I yelled back, but I never approached her yelling. I asked a question.. she what me and I felt it was with an attitude so I got firm and she didnt like that. She used her power as a hotel clerk to kick me, my husband and daughter out. And your dang right... I got mad and yelled back. She was extremely unprofessional from the moment she called my husband homie! What happened to the days of sir and maam? I even say thank you maam to people younger than me serving me at McDonalds. But like she said, its 2020 so she can call my husband whatever. I Inteneded on taking more photos than are posted. However due to the circumstances I only got a few.

Great view of fallsFirst, my husband loved this place and would stay here again. The good: Great view of falls, cool architecture, exceedingly friendly front desk staff, enormous room, comfortable bed, very quiet, no dirt or weird smells in the room The not so good: I would describe the facility as "tired". Not so much "run down" but it's a bit scuffed up and showing its age. The ugly: The carpets, furniture, and bathroom tile had some stains. I think a few grand $$ to steam and scrub everything would be a good investment. I slept through breakfast so sadly cannot comment on that.

Fun weekend outStayed here because of the location and it seemed like a fun place because of the height of the building we just wanted a fun place with a nice view and thankfully we got one facing the river and view of the temple of the Church of Jesus Christ. That was our favorite part. As for the rest of the experience, it was just very average. Thankfully the rooms were clean. The furniture is a bit old and outdated. Several stains on the couch and the comforter on the bed has stains but thankfully they put a cover of those. The bathrooms are old and outdated and I'm pretty sure our shower has not bee cleaned for a long time. Had a nasty look and was a bit slimy. So honestly that was the most unpleasant part of our stay. The customer service was friendly. However they won't actually clean your room or upkeep it in any way for every 3 days unless specified. Its their way of claiming an eco friendly service option. Just noticed more of an unclean feel to the overall building. Nothing seemed regularly vacuumed. The continental breakfast was pretty great. Lots of options to choose from which is great. Two of the main things I enjoy most about a hotel room is cleanliness and a great continental breakfast. Overall our stay was fine. We enjoyed it. Was definitely not the best place to stay but it wasn't awful. It's definitely one of the best price friendly options in that general area. And its right in the center of downtown with many sites and attractions to visit and plenty of food options to choose from. Even in walking distance. Honestly feel like the have a great potential at being a really high class place if they just stepped it up with a fresh remodel and had a very clean feel. They could do very well for themselves. If your looking to save money but not stay in a dump, this would be a great option for you.

Absolutely loved it!Its old. Its beautiful. Beds are so comfy in 777 That we slept till 10:30 . For us it was amazing. Our room had its own balcony with chairs. And best of all it was reasonably priced! Our room was clean and had two king beds. Came with microwave and mini fridge. Loved everything about this stay!
