  Hotel bien ubicado, camas cómoda, dormitorio amplio y completo, frigobar, cafetera, y mi rotondas, pero con una gran mancha de humedad en el techo y las cortinas blackout no se cierran h entra mucha luz en la mañana por eso la calificación de bueno. Desayuno normal

  Great Staff, Great Hotel, Great Location

  We stayed here for a quiet getaway. The room was extremely clean, smelled fresh and we felt super safe even amongst the current COVID situation. The breakfast was as expected, plentiful for the current conditions. Every staff member that we encountered was super friendly and smiling (you could tell through masks) We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean quiet place to stay.

  We have stayed here in the past with good experience unfortunately this visit was not ,room 209 is terrible bathroom needs work and the mini fridge needs replacing, this was only a 1 night stay so we delt with it, would not recommend this hotel until renovations are done.

  We checked in between 7:30 and 8. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. We unpacked briefly before leaving to find dinner. After returning we noticed how dirty the room was. The remote for the tv was in a bag to suggest it was clean, but I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe anyway and I'm glad I did, the dirt that came off onto the wipe was shocking. The same held true for the door handles to the main door and bathroom along with light switches. The couch didn't face the tv, it was on the same wall so in order to watch tv we had to move it. Basically the couch was where the desk was supposed to be, not sure why. Even in the hotel photos of the room shows the couch on the other side. The bathroom was another real disappointment. There is no towel holder for the hand towel. The toilet paper roll would not stay on the holder, very poor design. After having it roll across the bathroom floor twice we decided to keep it on the bathroom sink counter which was inconvenient. The floor of the tub/shower is peeling along with the shelf where you keep shampoo and overall stained leaving a not so clean look. We booked a jacuzzi room and were really looking forward to using it, however it was broken. The middle knob to turn the jacuzzi on was missing leaving a gaping hole where it was. I took pictures of the missing knob and went to the front desk to show the lady. She offered maintenance to come take a look but it was after 10pm and it was to late. She said she would let them know in the morning. The comforter for the king size bed does not fit, looks like it's a queen size. There is a sheet, then a light comforter and then another sheet. At 5am the morning of checkout I woke to a man in the room next to us talking loudly. He was clearly angry and we could hear the lady crying. This went on for an hour and we never went back to sleep. Trust me I am not very picky, I have never left a poor review before now as I'm able to overlook a lot of things but this was too much. I was not expecting a Comfort Inn to be on the caliber of a drive up motel. I was extremely disappointed with paying extra for a jacuzzi room and not be able to use it because it was broken. Upon checking out I stood at the front desk for several minutes before the lady showed up. I told her about the jacuzzi tub and she said oh yeah she (the lady that checked us in) told me about that. I showed her the picture and she tried to argue with me that it wasn't the on/off knob that was missing. It was. Finally she said it doesn't work at all? UGH.. NO! She then printed off our bill and handed it to me. No I'm sorry, no offer to adjust the room rate to a king without a jacuzzi. A knob is missing leaving a rather large hole in a jacuzzi tub where the controls are and to me looks like a major safety hazard and this women wanted to argue with me whether it still worked. Again, not the customer service I would expect from a Comfort Inn. My main issue with all of this is I'm sure they knew the knob was missing, housekeeping should've informed someone and who knows how long it's been that way and they continue to book and charge people for a jacuzzi room that doesn't work. Poor conditions, Poor attitude. Take your hard earned money and stay elsewhere.

  My husband and I stayed at this hotel earlier this week. They asked for a credit card when we checked in and the following day fraud charges started to appear on our credit card account. We did not use our card anywhere else so this hotel definitely has some shady employees. The deal was very good but not worth the consequences
