  Great Hotel

  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the morning had nice variety and was kept clean and full. There is a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area and quick access to the freeway system making it a very convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

  Good place to stay south of Denver

  We chose this place based on reviews in Tripadvisor. It is located right next to the freeway and is close to chain restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and the staff and breakfast were very good. The downside we had was that it started raining in the middle of the night and the entire parking lot as well as the cars were covered in thick ice. We wanted to leave around 7 and at that time no maintenance crews hit the lot with salt so the walking was treacherous. We had been on a 5+ week vacation in a rental vehicle so we didn't have an ice scraper. There was no way to scrape the ice off our windows and the front desk did not have any scrapers to borrow. In an area where the weather can change very quickly it would have been nice.

  This hotel added my son to the DNR list. He is struggling with health issues. When I called to ask why after this was PAID in full I was accused of yelling when I wasn't. Ryan just hung up on me. Be careful not to have an opinion or concern. Do not stay here.

  Severely failed expectations

  I was quite disappointed in our stay at this location. The following is a list of complaints I we have with the service we received: Found trash bag completely covering smoke detector Found a used towel still hanging up in the shower Found a pube hair in the clean sheets Found a few boogers on a wall Their free breakfast was a sack containing a water bottle and two small prepackaged muffins (first ingredient was sugar) WiFi worked on my phone and iPad no problem but wouldnt allow my computer to connect For the service provided I would have expected the price to be $30/per night maximum but we ended up paying more than double that even with a discount. As it stands I cant recommend them and will not be staying in another Comfort Suites hotel. For what its worth, the front desk seemed to provide adequate service as they were knowledgeable and helpful.

  Comfort Suites

  I've earned Choice Platinum status mostly for my stays at a Comfort Suites in Miami, so I knew this probably wouldn't match that one. It was still a very nice stay though. The check in process was very easy, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and they offered a quick grab and go breakfast. There was really nothing special to report, but this is a very good place to stay if you are in the area.
