  Above and Beyond!!!

  We had an issue with another hotel and were beside ourselves. Melissa, the General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. We wont ever pick another hotel in Plymouth again. Pool was clean as were the rooms and staff was so friendly.

  Avoid This Hotel!

  Check in went smooth. We dropped off 1 bag then left to meet up with family. Returned around 11 PM. Noticed refrigerator had leftover food in it plus it was NOT working. Checked our beds. The covers had stains on them. Towels were gray and had stains on them too! Reading lights near beds were missing bulbs. Desk chair had white powder across the seat. WE CHANGED ROOMS. 2nd room not much better. A/C noisy plus it was 5 inches from the bed. Window curtain falling down. Auto lights in bathroom would shut-off if you were not moving around enough. If you used the bathroom during the night....all the lights and fan would go on...UGH!! Sheets and towels gray and stained. The final straw was while I was getting ready to leave. I was using bathroom with the door ajar...a man unlocks the door and walks into my room without knocking...said something in another language and left. I had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door. Apparently, he couldn't read. As I was leaving the room there was a girl housekeeper standing outside my room. I told her this was unacceptable and she just smiled. Told her I will report it at the desk. I did report it at the desk and she said "I'm sorry" that's it. AVOID THIS PLACE.....NOT A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT AT ALL!!!!

  Rude Front Desk Agent

  I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. As my co worker & I were here on Business as Electricians. I came down for Breakfast as I only wanted juice & the young man at the desk act as though I was a pain/bothering him. I did not like his demeanor at all. I don't know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but his attitude was AWFUL!!!

  Comfortable and quiet

  When looking for a room while traveling east, decided to stop here because of a good restaurant just down the street. After eating a good meal, decided to stay here rather than trying to find a place in South Bend. Glad I stopped. Room was large and very comfortable. Beds and pillows were just right. Water pressure in shower was great and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly at check in and also when we checked out. Because of the covid, by the time we woke up the bagged breakfast was put away. But understand the restrictions. Will consider staying here again in when in the area.

  Not clean enough

  The grounds around the hotel were dirty. Lots of trash laying around. Desk clerk was not wearing a mask. Price online was less than in-hotel, but desk clerk did adjust. Elevator was dirty. Room was semi-clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was tired, but reasonably clean. Towels were clean, tub was clean. Room was nice and quiet.
