  Enjoyable Stays

  We recently stayed two nights at this hotel. Both nights we had good experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special "Thank You" to Shannon, General Manager, for helping us straighten out an overcharge. The rooms were clean and inviting. They have a nice pool with a great hot tub, which we used during both stays. The pool also has a great slide that the kids really enjoyed. We didn't travel with children, but when we were in the pool area, there were children using the slide during both stays. Also, which is a rare find, was a library in the hotel with a wonderful variety of books to read. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to read a book, being just two separate over night stays, but it was so nice to see. They also had a great sitting area to enjoy the reading material. We did not eat the free breakfast in the morning, just grabbed coffee to go, but it was clean and had a nice variety of foods to choose from. Overall, we will plan on staying here again, traveling from Michigan to New York, it was a good stopping point, and a great choice for a hotel.

  The BEST hotel in the ENTIRE chain!

  This Comfort Suites is beyond a doubt, the BEST hotel in the ENTIRE FLEET! Yes, best in fleet status for this hotel and its neighboring sister property, DuBois Country Club. I am NOT affiliated, associated, vested, or otherwise connected to this hotel, other than to say, we have OVER 100 room nights, (possibly over 200?) over the last couple of years, between me and a couple of our colleagues that stay here regularly on business. Shannon is a fantastic leader and fully vested in assuring every stay is a safe, comfortable and an enjoyable stay. Her team is equally vested and the team players / hitters like Josh and Joseph, who are 2nd to none, and understand the customer comfort and quality first mission. Just last evening, Joseph, in his 3 piece suit and gold shoes, (yes, literally gold shoes) took on super hero status, when he observed a child in distress, from his front desk pool monitor ... His golden shoes helped him fly up the stairs, to the pool, to rescue the child. Indeed, he assured the child was brought to safety and acted as though it was no big deal. WOW! This guy is the epitome of an employee that gives his heart ~ in all matters. Keep on keepin on with EXACTLY what your doing Comfort Suites DuBois Team! Kudos and thanks to yoU!   Some Issues

  My wife and I stayed at the Comfort Suites for two nights while visiting friends who were staying at the Homestead in Benezette. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean however: Although COVID cases are on the rise, most guests did not bother to wear masks in public areas in the facility. COVID was a major concern when we were looking for a place to stay overnite - we were disappointed and uneasy during our stay. Second - the bathroom seemed to be recently remodeled. But, the shower had no place to set soap/shampoo while showering other than the shower floor. Also - nowhere to hang towels other than a small double hook on one wall.

  One night stay

  Travelling Covid is not easy but the staff made our trip easy. We reeled safe in the facility and our room was very clean. Breakfast was warn and good (omelette) even though we had to take it in the room You always stay in this hotel when traveling to NY and never been disappointed

  Abfab..

  Top in town hands down, no doubt.. super clean..super friendly.. about 108 a night.. Famtastic view.. downtown close, eats options , shopping... 5 stars all around for me [ which is rare ] Great lobby..huge breakfast, free masks upon request .. nothing more to ask for
