  Nice

  This is a nice place to stay in gulfport MS. Check in was fast , had two people checking in at the time I came in that were very nice and fast at getting people checked in . The room was clean and had a lot of room. a/c worked great , the bed was nice . Lobby looked nice and clean . This place is so clean it looks like a new building . I recommend this Hotel. The only issue is the gulf port water doesn't make you feel clean and you can't tell if the soap is rinsed off or not, but that's not the hotels fault at all .

  Lacks COVID Precautions & Other Disappointments

  We stayed here a year ago and liked it, but the hotel is not the same and we would not return. We spent one night a few weeks ago during the pandemic. Our sheets had dried blood on them. The hotel staff were not wearing masks when we entered but were behind a plexiglass shield. A manager later handed out masks but the woman helping us did not wear it. No gloves were used to take the credit card & ID or other items used in checkin. Many hotels now let a room rest 24 hours between bookings but they do not have that practice; however, when I requested it, they did take some time to check and ensure it was. Although there was a sign that masks must be worn, the majority of hotel guests did not wear them and the hotel did not enforce it. We saw the front-desk staff vacuum the entry carpet often, but never saw anyone sanitizing the elevator, luggage carts or other common areas. We understand that many breakfasts are limited during the pandemic, but the only item offered were pre-packaged pastries under a plastic container that had to be lifted by many hands.

  Poor service

  They have cockroaches in their tv and room and I fell at the hotel on the first night there the manger and General manger have poor customer service they said it was all my fault in the email but at the hotel the would hardly say anything

  A pleasant stay

  Hadn't planned on having to stay in a hotel. Our weekly rental at the beach had a glitch, so we had to rent a hotel for the evening. Greeted by friendly staff. Room appeared to be clean - however I brought personal cleaning/sanitizing products that I used. Due to COVID only coffee, juice and sweet rolls served for breakfast. Which is understandable. Bed was very comfortable. All in all, a pleasant stay.

  Very nice place to stay

  Very nice place to stay. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. Our room was very tidy and comfortable. Very convenient location to what we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
