  Condoms and lubrication in the drawer

  I will never stay at this hotel again! My wife and I checked in for a business trip December 2nd, 2019 and after unpacking we found open condom wrappers and lubrication in the nightstand. I reported immediately to the desk attendant and she acted as if it was no big deal. They did switch my room but this was a traumatic experience. It made my wife question whether or not the room was really cleaned or was the bed just made. The general manager never reached out to offer an apology or any type of compensation for their mishap.

  The rooms are nice and big with thick comforters on the bed. The breakfast was well stocked with lots of selections. There are plenty of places the eat within a few hundred yards and others just a short drive away.

  Very nice hotel, quiet, new, and clean...stay here!

  This hotel was clean, the mattress were great, the towels were thick and fluffy, and the bed linens were luxurious. Beautiful modern bathroom and shower. Comfortable sofa bed. One of the nicest Comfort Inn breakfast dining and serving rooms we have experienced (out of 40+ we have stayed at). One oddity was no where to hang towels in the bathroom. For all of it's beauty, the hotel staff was not the friendliest we have encountered at Comfort Inns. We arrived late in the evening, and the staff person at the desk was less than welcoming, and gave us an enormous bundle of sofa bed bedding to carry along with our luggage, not to mention that were hoping to have had the sofa bed made up for us. Even in the morning,when I spoke directly to the manager and front desk staff, I just didn't get a sense of their caring about us or what we thought. For a place to stay, it's very good, and quiet, and safe, so don't hesitate.

  The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was awesome, except for the shower. It was a big shower but the shower head was so high that l couldn't adjust it. The breakfast was good, a good variety. It was close to where we had to meet. Also, there was a choice of restaurants right outside the hotel in walking distance.

  Review of Comfort Suites in Piedmont SC (Greenville South)

  Very clean and with good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Location has several restaurants, some in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and room heat easy to control. Would stay there again if in area, just off I-75 and easy to find. Booked room thru Choice Hotels central reservation system who were very helpful.
