  Perfection

  My wife and I came to Batesville from Texas for a memorial service. All Staff was amazing, from the check in to the beautiful lady that cooked breakfast. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Super clean. We had an awesome stay. Thank you.

  Great nights sleep

  The rooms were very good and clean. A plus which would bring us back was that the beds were great and we slept like a baby. The only drawback was that the hotel entry was not inviting. Quite bare. Didnt look welcoming at all.

  Friends reunion!

  The management and staff at this hotel are absolutely outstanding! Met old friends here, who recommended this location and specific hotel. Greeted by staff and on site Management. Extra measures in place for cleaning and filtering the air in lobby. The large sleeping room was exemplary! It was fresh and clean...complete with microwave, mini frig, walk in shower, sitting area, plenty of media charging areas and work space. Plenty of room in lobby to space out for visiting. Breakfast also promises to please, according to info from staff. New 'neat' 24 hr coffee machine with 6 blends available, plus hot water for tea! Definitely plan to return, even if I need to go a bit out of my way to stay here!

  Requires $200 cash deposit with no warning

  My husband and I attempted to stay here last night. 42 and 44 year old grown ups in town for a golf tournament. We had pre booked a room. When I arrived to check in, I was informed that because we live within 60 miles of this hotel, we were required to give $200 cash as a deposit and that it would be returned at check out as long as we had no damage to our room. This is listed no where on their website when booking. I know some hotels place a hold on your credit card in case of incidentals or deposit which would have been fine but I am not handing $200 cash over to the front desk. Needless to say we did not stay here. They did let me cancel my room with no penalty (surprised me) and thankfully another local hotel had an open room for us. This is just wrong!!! Im sure the rooms would have been fine but requiring cash for the deposit is a no go for us.

  Great stay

  My wife and I stayed here one night. We were very pleased with our stay. Very nice room, great bed, big walk in shower and everything was squeaky clean! Safe, well lighted parking area. Good hot breakfast that was safely served. We will stay here again and recommend this hotel!!!
