  Driving to FL

  S C Scarlett was the desk clerk on Feb 12-13 when we checked in and departed. She was so gracious and helpful! Your hotel as laid out so nicely with the two rooms per unit. The physical feeling of space and openness is very relaxing. My only critique would be the bathtub could use something to give one more traction in the tub. It was extremely slippery, and were in petty good physical shape. The handle was placed at the front of the tub, so it would not be helpful. That is my ONLY negative. We hope to find another Comfort Suite as comfortable as we drive to FL from NE. Thank you!

  Comfortable and Good Location

  Close to I-95 if you're traveling. Front desk was friently and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Large room. Very nice and new. Continental breakfast is available-no hot foods but fruit/muffins/coffee/juice.

  Good stay

  We reserved a suite for five adults. Plenty of parking. Easy access. Checkin took 2 minutes. Indoor pool was functioning, but closed by 9 when we got there. They had several luggage carts available which was helpful. Suit was truly two rooms, which was nice. Bath room in between. LOTS of HOT water in shower. Sink in bathroom, which slows getting ready in the morning, but there is a mirror in the outer room. Sleeping sofa was average. Beds were VERY comfortable. Comforters on the beds made strong AC needed, but only a light blanket on the sofa bed, so he was cold. Minimal breakfast due to covid-19. Pre-packaged muffins and danish. Oatmeal packs, yogurt cups and coffee available. Two Tv's, microwave and fridge in the room.

  Never again...

  Trying to be a Hampton by charging hampton prices but they dont deliver. When we checked in on the 19th we asked the lady checking us if there were any grab and go breakfast...she said yes..ok...fine. Butt-in counter person...acting like a manager proceeds to tell us...if u want breakfast walk over to cracker barrel, bring food back and eat in your room...what? First no one asked you...and second, no kidding I can get food from a restaurant? Who would have thunk it? We then ask about the noise from the pool...Butt-in lady says, u are on floor 3 and u wont hear the pool noise. Well thats a lie...the whole hotel is filed with pool noise. The bed was good...but the shower was terrible and cheap...they are charging Hampton prices but this is still a low rent hotel.

  A nice surprise

  This was an unplanned stay. We had to stop for the night and arbitrarily picked this interstate exit and this hotel among the three at this site. We'd never stayed at a Comfort Suites and were intrigued by the layout -- five stories of rooms stacked along both sides of a central atrium. The suite had a living room and bedroom with the bathroom and kitchenette in between. The bed was comfy, the pillows were almost comfy, which is about as good as hotel pillows get. The entire suite was clean but had a faint cigarette odor. It was a nonsmoking floor but I don't know if the whole hotel is smoke-free or if this was something lingering from days past. Front desk staff was excellent.
