  Very nice place half the price of whats down south and still like new here!

  We stayed here two years ago and decided to come back. Our daughter is in Putnam Valley and last year we did Peekskill and found that Fishkill has so many places that are half the cost of what is down south. Same distance north from her. Comfort in is still in pristine condition and all in less that $100 a night. As good as five star in Manhattan and worth every penny and left us enough for a great dinner too. Spotless as the first day it was open. Great staff and well appointed inside with free coffee and tea all day and night in the lobby.

  New hotel but beware if you have noisy neighbors

  My boyfriend and I were in the area for our Anniversary weekend. Unfortunately, our room was on a floor surrounded by a traveling sports team who were very loud and running back and forth in the hallways. We made multiple noise complaints to the woman at the front desk. She was very polite to us and called the room and went up to ask them to be quiet - they just seemed to get louder. After 11pm, we asked if we could switch to a different room, but none were available. We even said we would pay more for an upgraded room. It got so bad, the boys in the room next door started to slide tea bags from their room under our adjoining door. We decided to leave the hotel around midnight and drive several hours home. The woman at the front desk was alone and unable to issue us a refund because her manager wasn't there. I left the hotel in the middle of the night without a receipt or proof of refund, just a verbal promise that it would be issued ASAP. The next morning, no one from the hotel had contacted me yet, so I reached out myself. A few hours later I heard back from the manager and confirmed my refund would be issued. They also offered a free nights stay at this exact same hotel. I asked her why would I return after such a poor experience there? I was told because the hotels are independently owned, they were unable to comp a night at any other comfort suites - even though they're owned by one of the largest hotel companies. Our anniversary weekend was ruined. I feel as though the hotel could have done more for us under the circumstances, especially because we weren't the ones at fault - find a room at another hotel nearby, issue the refund before we left, give us a free night somewhere else, reach out to me first thing the next morning etc. My two stars are for the cleanliness of the hotel and for the front desk clerk being friendly. That was about it. I wish we had the chance to enjoy our stay here. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend.

  Gimme your money!

  The hotel is new and the room we stayed in was comfortable. There was no breakfast. The problem with this hotel is the way they handle the customer's credit card. We had to pay in full for our original reservation, but we canceled that reservation and made a new one. Still waiting for them to credit our credit card after three weeks. Also, they charge your credit card and an additional $100 above your room rate and keep that until who knows when. For this reason, I will never stay there again. That is unfortunate because otherwise this is a fine hotel.

  Nice hotel/some parts closed due to covid

  The hotel definitely seemed new, and it was very clean. It wasnt an amazing like blew our minds type of stay, but exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, due to covid, the pool was closed and they did not have breakfast except they offered a paper bag for each guest with a granola bar and pastry in it. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

  Wonderful stay. Very clean room. Updated, spacious and comfortable. Fairly quiet unless someone was right outside your door. Would recommend. Staff polite and helpful. Bathroom is beautiful. Pool and fitness center closed due to Covid but I was able to take a peak- looks great.
