  Excelente

  La habitación es grande y limpia. Finalmente pude dormir muy bien. Ubicado muy cerca del mall y de buenos restaurantes. Staff cordial y muy amistoso. Definitivamente pienso regresar a esta cadena de hotel. Desayuno fue muy básico pero pero el precio del hotel está bien.

  Very Poor Room and Service

  Spent a night at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, but understaffed. Three times I saw them put a guest or caller on hold for over 5 minutes. The room was OK, but needed work -- broken and dirty caulking in bathroom, scratched furniture, and a closet door that didnt properly close. And the breakfast was terrible: biscuits that were so hard they were inedible, Sausages overcooked and bland, etc. etc. Good location, but poor room.

  Nice, Comfortable Hotel

  We booked a handicap king suite by mistake, the clerk gave us another regular king suite which was perfect for us. The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-85. The price was very good and the breakfast offered everything that we wanted.

  Could use a paint job

  Could use a paint job, and better housekeepers. Also, small maintenance issues are not always taken care of. Make sure the fridge in your room has a temperature knob! I had to request one 3 times and finally stop at the front desk and get one.

  Clean room, superb staff

  I had originally booked a different hotel in the area and had a miserable experience, so I drove here looking for an alternative for a week-long stay. The general manager, Eric, was at the front desk when I walked in. He was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me find the best rate for my stay. Other staff members were equally friendly and helpful; when the coffee station ran out of nondairy creamer one day, a passing staff member dropped what she was doing to apologize and find out what had happened and when we could expect more to arrive. (It was fully restocked by the next morning.) Although the hotel is certainly not a newer property, everything felt clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and very clean, lamps in the room were bright and allowed plenty of light even with curtains closed, a/c was effective and easy to use, water pressure was good, remotes were sanitized, etc. Because I traveled during the COVID-19 pandemic, I paid close attention to precautionary measures being taken throughout the hotel and was generally satisfied, with few exceptions. (I did occasionally see employees without masks, but not while interacting with guests.) I don't usually expect much from hotels at this price point, but this one truly exceeded my expectations and will be my first choice next time I'm in the area.
