  Comfortable Stay

  We stayed here while on a family trip to see the Caverns and had an enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, we had hot water for the shower and sink and the room was very clean!! The staff was very friendly and check in/out was quick. The breakfast was also pretty good, with a good selection and hot food. The wifi also worked well with no problems. The hotel is located on the north side of town so if you are going to Caverns and don't want to drive through the center of town, there is a shortcut to get to the highway that goes to the Caverns. This was our first time visiting the area and have a very pleasant stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

  Awesome. You wont regret it.

  We came to Carlsbad for the caverns and wanted A great place to sleep, and this was perfect! Its the north part of town right across from the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. In hindsight I shouldve picked a hotel closer to the caverns, on the other side of town. But theres nothing to complain about at Comfort Suites. I needed a comfortable bed with luxury sheets. And it was luxury bedding, luxury pillows, and an amazing large suite. We had a third person sleep on the sofa which was also very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. During Covid, everythings prepackaged. We had a wonderful breakfast burrito, and pastries. You can also get a cold breakfast. Theres plenty of restaurants around, and you can go pick something up or have door Dash deliver it and eat downstairs at a table. We swam in the pool and hot tub which were nice as well. The front staff was perfectly kind and accommodating. Small details: there are outlets for each bed, and night lights. Plus plenty of lamps to make the lighting the way you want it. The TV is large and we watched a few HBO movies. Also the shampoo and conditioner are great, and they provide mouthwash, A shower cap, and make up wipes. These come sitting on the bathroom counter, and isnt typical in most hotels. Its the little touches that count. Stay here, you wont be disappointed. Just plan 20 mins to cross town to get to the caverns.

  Clean!

  We had an excellent stay at Comfort Suites! It was clean, modern, and comfy. We appreciated their response to Covid. Be sure to get breakfast before 8:30 or the breakfast burritos will be gone. I'm sad we missed the breakfast burritos. Location was about 40 min drive to Carlsbad Caverns Visitor Center. Only one working elevator at the hotel. Good thing it wasn't crowded.

  Wonderful place

  We stayed at this place several times already and will stay again. Rooms are huge and modern. Hotel is located on the outskirts of Carlsbad, in the opposite side from Carlsbad Caverns. The location is nice and quiet. Breakfast is good, although kitchen lady could use some help, the was a line for the breakfast. Everyone is polite and eager to help.

  A delightful surprise.

  Although we are seasoned travelers (gold and titanium members of three hotel groups) we hadn't stayed at Comfort Suites very often. This lodging establishment in Carlsbad, NM was a delightful surprise. It was clean, nicely decorated for fall, had large rooms with a very comfortable sofa & chaise. The beds were also very nice. The place was spotless. I had the opportunity to do our laundry at only $1 per load which is also a nice surprise, as many places charge as much as $2.50 per load. They even managed to serve us a hot breakfast of bacon and eggs during this COVID-19 trend of "grab and go" cold breakfasts. Nothing bad to say at all!
