  Maids will rob you!! Will not stay here again EVER!

  During my stay the maid ignored my DND sign and went into my room while I was out. Straightened up room and took my phone charger. Reported to manager and was told "well we asked her and she denies it so there isn't anything we can do". No offer to get me a replacement, no offer of refund, nothing. What happened to "customer is right"? I am a diamond member and was treated like this??? Oh sure I just made up the fact that your maid is a thief??? Definitely would not and will not ever stay here again. If you choose to do so, be it at your own risk of having your stuff taken by the maids.

  Clean and comfortable!

  Positives are clean, good price, very quiet location but close to everything! Ours was $110 so good value. If they had breakfast we did not see it. We considered staying an extra night and asked about cost but it was higher and she told us maybe we should book again on booking.com and she didnt guarantee we could stay in same room so we left and stayed in Hampton Inn for 2nd night. Not sure why she didnt seem to want to go to any effort. We would stay again because of quiet and clean plus comfy beds

  Comfortable and Quiet

  Stayed here for one night. The building is set back from the highway so one does not hear any road noise. Found the building to be very clean, and the room large and comfortable. Due to covid the breakfast was grab and go, which is understandable. Would stay here again.

  Trip with Friends

  A group of friends was in Burlington for an event and had 5 rooms. We were a fairly noisy bunch. However, the sound-proofness (if that is a word) was excellent. You could barely hear anything happening in the rooms from the hallway. I plan on staying at this hotel next time I am in Burlington. The pool and hot tub were open. However, I feel like the price should have been lowered since a sack breakfast was substituted for the free hot breakfast.

  So very nice

  The rooms were great and nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again. It was quiet and pleasant. The amenities were terrific and there was even a restaurant attached to the hotel
