  Great place

  Its one of the best places weve stayed at on this trip and in a long time. Well taken care of, staff friendly and willing to do what e er it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Even has a lounge to relax in.

  Great Accommodations, Service, Breakfast

  During this CORVID-19 pandemic, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite was large as expected, but the controls in place for Breakfast were top notch. All the regular foods, both hot and cold, were available...eggs, bacon, self-made waffles, cold cereal, juice, coffee, were available as self-serve to be taken to your room. Plus there was no limit on how much you could eat. In particular, Rachael on the front desk, was especially accommodating as she is on the front line servicing the hotel patrons.

  Stopped overnight

  Stopped here overnight on our way home from Gatlinburg. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. A hot breakfast was not being served because of Covid 19. Instead they offered a bagged breakfast which wasn't much. Also cereal and coffee were available. I do think the bagged breakfast could have had more items in it. The lobby is very nice and there is a patio outside to enjoy. Overall this is a nice hotel and we will most likely stop here again when driving through.

  Lack of Covid19 safety measures.

  My husband already wrote his review, so this is my review (his wife) under his name. On the door entering the hotel there is a sign that masks are mandatory, and not to enter without a mask. Not only was the lady at the desk not wearing a mask, but 85% of the guests were not wearing masks! When I asked why they had the sign and didn't enforce it, she just said "well, I guess we just don't enforce it." We chose this hotel because it was in an area with low covid19 and because we thought they meant it when they said they were taking all of the precautions. I told her that the sign on the door makes people like us falsely think we will be safe there. That is not okay. During any other time I would have given this place an excellent review. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable. It wasn't spotless, but pretty clean. Breakfast, due to covid19, was a bagged breakfast, but that was fine with me. But the lack of concern for the safety of their customers (and the false sign, making us feel protected when we weren't) is much more important than any other benefits, hence the low rating.

  Great Hotel

  This newer hotel was a great stop for us on our way home from hiking in WV. Our suite easily accommodated our 6 family members and was super clean. Bonus: the grandkids were able to use the pool (capped at 6 persons at a time) which we were most grateful for in the day of COVID. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast selection was good despite COVID - boxed cereal, milk, juice, and coffee, plus to-go bags with a roll, granola bar, apple/orange, and water. We'd definitely stay here again!
