  Stayed here July 16-July 20, AWESOME STAY!

  Stayed here with family(husband and 2 kids between 6-8). Our plan was to visit Myrtle Beach and the area. The drive was NOT bad to the beach, maybe 15 min. I would stay here again, if visiting the area for sure and I don't say that about hotels. Pros- -Excellent internet, even on the 3rd floor -Couldnt hear neighbors(however, when in the halls, you could hear TVs) -Employees, were everywhere, cleaning all the time, I NEVER seen so many employees in a hotel at one time, EVERY DAY and they were all really nice. They were also reminding guests about wearing masks too. -pool water was really, really warm, hit the sun around noon and was there until after 8(mid July) -bed and pillows very comfortable, including the sheets -they served a hot breakfast, but you had to wear a mask and wear gloves(they provided) -Quiet hotel, even though on a busy street -next to a few restaurants, that is walking distance -Maid service was EXCELLENT, always providing us new towels and such -They have 2 separate eating areas, and we loved this, since our kids could watch cartoons when eating. We actually at supper(our own leftovers) in that area 2x, instead of going out. -We actually had a breakfast provided(you must wear your mask in the area and use plastic gloves they provide). Cons- -Shower head was very low, I had to bend my knees to wash rinse my hair(Im 5 6) -shower head was not very powerful -bathroom, really small -Comfort Inn sign was hard to see, it was not high in the sky, but posted from the ground. *Just a note when coming back from the beach, you will drive by the hotel and have to do a turn around, since the roads don't connect, but not a big deal.

  Mop it up

  It is really hard finding a reasonably priced hotel in the Conway/Myrtle Beach area. I was able to score this one for a shade over $100 on a weekend. Sitting right next to a Cook Out and very easy to get in/out of. Easy check in process. Room was a nice size with a pull out couch and a king bed. Bathroom was kinda small for such a huge room. Shower was pretty weak. Very little pressure and a very small/narrow water spray. Bed/pillows were very comfy. Never used the TV and never really used the WiFi to its full potential. I was told the breakfast, which apparently was at full song, wasnt that great but not horrible. Room had a small fridge, no freezer compartment. There was a small spill in the elevator, but instead of mopping it up, they just put a wet floor sign over it. How am I supposed to get the luggage cart in the elevator? Pretty lazy.

  Clean and great service

  Easy to find, great check in experience and clean rooms. There is a burger joint next door to grab lunch or dinner. Breakfast is typical continental style. Its not Cracker Barrel but it was edible. I would stay again.

  Nice clean and good value

  We arrived earlier in Myrtle Beach than anticipated. The desk clerk Richard was super friendly. Highly recommended. Right across the highway from Tanger Outlet Mall and within walking distance of 4 restaurants.

  Best Customer Service

  The room was clean and comfy - the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Best of all was Sabrina who was at the front desk both when I had to ask for an early check in, and the next morning when I needed a later check out. She was extremely courteous and willing to help. Nothing makes a very tired traveler feel more welcomed and really cared about than staff who go out of their way to make a difficult day a little easier. Thanks to the Comfort Suites for providing an amazing well-trained staff who above all - care enough to do their best for the customer.
