  Excelente!!!

  Un muy buen hotel, con el mejor servicio que he visto. La mujer que nos atendió en la recepción la más atenta y querida, con toda la disposición hacia nosotros y hacia nuestra mejor experiencia. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, baños amplios, buen desayuno.

  Fine for a quick night, mixed feelings

  Stayed with a family of 5 for 1 night on the way to North Carolina. Had a problem with hotel rate between hotel management and hotels.com. After multiple discussions with hotel staff and 2 calls to hotels.com got it finally resolved. Night staff was cordial. Room clean, but Id suggest finding another place.

  Worst hotel ever

  Worst "hotel" ever, and I quote it because it was more like a motel. My husband and I arrived, check in was fast. First thing my huband asks is "at what time is the breakfast?" and a gentleman tells him that it starts at 9am (we'll get back to this later). When we go to the room the first thing I notice is the smell. It had a combination of cigarettes and mold, it was bad but we didn't complained. Next thing, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. It had dust on the cabinet and floors, also noticed that the toilet had dried urine going down the bottom of it (I noticed while drying my feet after showering). We went to bed and we couldn't sleep because the pillows were so flat It made our necks hurt. At 11pm the fire alarm started beeping (low battery). I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. I was so mad/sleepless. I went to the front desk and told the gentlemen about the fire alarm. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to take the batteries out. I was confused so I asked him how to do it and he said "google it". REALLY?? That's your response? I went to my room and I told my husband, he took the alarm out. We went back to bed (didn't really get any sleep). We get up next morning to get some breakfast and guess what? No breakfast. I went to the front desk and asked the lady about the "breakfast included" and her response was "we dont have hot breakfast, we have doggie bags" with a very B attitude. We were so mad we took it and left. Employees at the front desk are very unprofessional, and the maintenance team doesn't really care about their job. I will never stay here again.

  No Hospitality

  This staff has no hospitality or customer service. 1 bath towel for 2 guest. Coffee and coffee cups in the room but no coffee maker. Cigarette smoke and marijuana smell coming from another room, nothing was done after complaining. No apology from staff. Horrible stay at this hotel

  Skip it!! Not worth the price

  First, the hotel has changed hands and is now a Comfort Inn and Suites. The only good thing is that the people working the desk are very friendly and smiling. They are truly helpful and Im sorry for all these issues they are having to deal with that arent their fault! Now the bad. First, the floor smelled like cigarettes. Room had coffee cups but not coffee machine and no hair dryer (an employee took one from another room to give to me). But heres the crazy thing, the curtains in the room CAN NOT CLOSE! The sheer curtains close, but the heavy ones dont - and there are bright street lights-so we had to rig up a hanger with clips to try and make it dark in the room! Seriously??!! Next, After two days of no towels and toiletries and no room cleaning I went to ask what the problem was. They informed of a Covid policy where you have to fill a tiny piece of paper to request cleaning. I dont mind this policy, but TELL us at check in. The final kick in the teeth was an incorrect $60 charge added to our bill at the end of our stay. We did get it taken off (and again, I will say the staff is very friendly!), but it was just too much.
