  CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN YOU SERVE BREAKFAST???

  WELL, to begin with i couldn't get the door to the room closed without hitting it with my butt - my son said the screws were loose - makes you feel really safe!! then the remove didn't work - i guess the batteries were dead. THEN, Saturday morning went for breakfast at 9:35 - and it was over - every hotel i've ever stayed in served breakfast later on the weekend - would have been nice when i check in that they told me when breakfast was served. But other than that, clean and comfortable.

  Nice Room but Poor Service & MGMT

  It is 9:00 a.m. and someone is storming into your room for cleaning it. It is 100% unacceptable for anyone to invade my privacy without my consent. Next if anyone wants access to the room then I should be consulted. Hotels should kindly consult with customer when checking in and request customers that depart early to advise. There is clearly a better way to handle. I attempted to call and complain only to discover the phone in the room does not work. The hotel is pretty but a hot tub with hand towels vs. body towels is rather insane. They do not advise when breakfast begins or ends. Staff members are slow to apologize when unacceptable conditions exist. Nice property just poorly managed.

  1 night stay was great

  We was in town for a volleyball tournament and we always stay at Choice Hotels. This was another great Comfort Suites. Everything was top notch from lady at front desk to breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

  Just OK

  This is a relatively cheap hotel so you kind of have to expect it to not be perfect. The hotel is just okay. The room we stayed in had a couple of stains on the floor and scraped up paint on the wall. The partition between the beds and the couch had a large hole broken out of it. The shampoo was half empty and the toilet made noise when it flushed. The shower didnt get exceptionally hot so a relaxing shower wasnt an option. All and all though, the room and the hotel was pretty clean. For anyone going in the near future, you should be aware that the pool, hot tub, fitness room and the free breakfast are all shut down. Im assuming most hotels in the area would be the same but they dont tell you this when you make the reservation.

  Refused to let local stay

  I reserved a room for tuesday thru Thursday early Monday because our Septic tank is messed up and won't be fixed till Thursday. So i go to check in Tuesday at 3 just to be told they are not accepting locals at this time. I understand things are weird right now but I could of been told earlier and there also was nothing on the website about it. I mean the ppl that work there are local also right? So whats the difference in locals staying or working??? Front desk did deny service. They never asked for a security deposit or anything. I walked up and they looked and said I see you are local. I replied that I was at which time they said sorry we are not accepting locals at this time.
