  Muy buena experiencia

  Estuvimos aquí solo una noche y fue muy bueno. El servicio fué bueno y rapido. Incluyò el desayuno buffet muy variado y a un buen precio. Incluye huevos, cereal caliente, frutas, tostadas, postres, y hasta te puedes hacer tu propio waffles.En general la habitaciòn estaba limpia pero no le doy los cinco puntos porque la bañera no estaba muy limpia. La bañera tenia cabello y habia un pinche de cabello en el piso. Pero por lo demás muy bueno. Volveriamos

  Good customer service

  I had a king room with a sofa on the back of the hotel. The room was clean. The carpet looked fairly new as well as the sofa. The mattress on the bed was a little on the well used side and lacked support. The fridge was ice cold and the microwave worked fine. The A/C worked well as long as you did not select the energy saving mode. Breakfast had a good variety, especially for hotels in this star rating. The TV picture was not that great, especially for DirecTV. This place is very close to the interstate at an exit with not much but gas stations. However, the next exit up, about a mile, has lots of restaurants and shopping. This is fine with me since it keeps the traffic down at the hotel. The only problem I had, during my stay, was that there were flies all around the window, with some of them drifting into the room at times. I reported this to the front desk and the problem was corrected quickly. Overall, I would have no problem staying here again.

  Reserved Ballroom and stayed a night

  HOT MESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND A friend of mine had a party there. Mr. Jason, the General Manager, took her money knowing the Ballroom had never been used. It had an odor, food crumbs were on the floor, we had to vacuum the entire room and put Carpet Fresh and Lysol down, the power was out ( the breaker needed to be switched on) and last but not least, the Air Conditioner was broken. He gave us a medium size fan and a tabletop fan for the Ballroom to help cool it of for about 50 or more people while they danced. Guess what, Mr. Jason knew the air was not working when he took the money and never tried to get it fixed before the party. His employees said so. It has been broken since he took over the hotel months ago. He offered a free night stay since everything is non-refundable, but my friend said 'No Thank You' based on the smell of the hotel and its rooms. With that note, try to stay somewhere else because the rooms smell stale and PLEASE dont reserve that Ballroom. Have a FABULOUS DAY!!

  Sparkling clean!

  I recently stayed for my 30th HS reunion. The hotel is nice, updated and very clean. Everytime I walked downstairs someone was cleaning and mopping and the place smelled great! Staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good too. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, pastries, cereal,etc. My only suggestion is to have decaf coffee offered round the clock. All that was out was regular.

  great for the night

  We were going to do a little shopping in the area and this hotel was not too far out of town and easy to get back on the road home. The check in staff was very nice and so was the morning staff. They provide a really nice breakfast.
