  Good Location To Transfer To Suzuka Circuit

  This hotel's best feature is that is conveniently located to transfer to Suzuka Circuit. The Suzuka Station and and this hotel are about 12 kilomters from the Circuit. But this is about the closest hotel option at the time of big races. During races, numerous buses transfer directly to the Circuit from the station. Which is very convenient. Hotel staff know some baic English. Expect to pay absolute top dollar for a very basic room during race periods. (About 3-4 times the non-race periods rates!!) That is if you can get a room! Often used as an overflow for race team staff accommodation. Team members can often be seen around the hotel during race periods. The rooms are basic and clean. Though a little run-down. Contain your usual features. TV, towels, toothbrushes, and the like. Usually included in the room rate is a basic breakfast. Pastry, sandwich, juice and rice balls (onigiri). Within walking distance of various restaurants, convenience stores and other eating options.

  Average Far from Town and no Public Transport

  We booked to stay in this hotel to attend an event at Suzuka Circuit. When we travelled their was no public transport to the hotel, had to catch a taxi, taxi charge was US $80 to get to the hotel. Also had pay this as return back to the circuit. At this cost would have been cheaper to stay at the circuit hotel. Room was clean and spacious, there was a problem with the pluming in our room and the room smelt pretty bad. Bed was low to the ground, pillows were comfy. Small TV in room and access to pay for movies. This hotel is located about 30mins walk from town if you don't want to pay for another taxi this is far to walk to get a meal. There is a 7/11 across the road for noodles and take away meals. No currency exchange at the hotel. No international ATM at the 7/11 make sure you have plenty of cash with you! Takes a 30-40 min drive by taxi to and from Suzuka circuit. Would only use as a last option and would not stay again.
