  I had never stayed at the Comfort Inn in Victoria, TX before. I found the hotel by searching and registering on Choice International... This Inn is packed full of amenities. There is an outdoor pool, exercise room, 24 hr coffee, 2 computers with a printer for guests in the lobby, and a full hot breakfast (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cook your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit). The breakfast runs from 7am to 10am instead of ending by 9am. The room is more than I expected with...a Nice sized and very cold refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, a fantastic up-to-date TV, Free WiFi, 2 queen size beds, a desk with an office chair. There is a chair in the corner of the room and it is so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in it. The bathroom is average size w/Bath tub/shower combo. Water pressure is adequate and gets hot. The beds are firm with a side of cushiness (very comfortable). The Comfort Inn is Pet friendly for a small fee. I paid $15/night. If you have a credit card on file, there is no deposit. I am pleased with the whole experience. I felt safe and secure. Relaxed. The staff is remarkable and friendly. There is an area with snacks, drinks, and a few incidentals for purchase. Im giving this Inn 4 1/2 Stars. Excellent place to stay. Keep up the great work team. I will definitely stay again next time Im in Victoria, TX.

  Good place to stay

  This was my first time to stay at this motel, and had a very good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and up-to-date. Breakfast wasnt spectacular, but adequate and hot. Will definitely stay here again.

  Great Hotel aside from Housekeeping

  We had a great stay here - staff were generally nice; our bed and bedding were great compared to many hotels, the breakfast was OK, and the fitness room was fair. It was convenient to our visit to town. However, cleaning was hit and miss; the bed went unmade at least a couple of nights and our sink was never cleaned. One day it appeared no cleaning had happened at all. After a couple of days of this we reported this to the front desk. Other than this, we had a good stay.

  New year 2020 with Family

  This was our first visit at this particular Comfort Inn and Suites. We were in town to celebrate the New Year. We had a late check in and it was not a problem at all for the front desk. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and they were ready for us. Once we secured our room and unloaded the luggage which included our dog. We noticed the HVAC for this room was not working. The front desk even stated that they had just recently had a work order to repair the HVAC in that room. They promptly moved us to another room and assisted with that move. MMMMM just had recent work done and it still has a problem. Did the maintenance staff check the operation of the HVAC? If it was still not operating properly, why did we get that room? Whatever!!!! The stay with the m was pleasant. They have the usual breakfast for travelers. We did not utilize the foods, just the coffee. But it did look good and somewhat inviting. There is always coffee available and we did take advantage of that. The grounds were accommodating for our pet. As with most hotels of this level there are always just a few items that just are not quite right but are not worth the effort of going into. The shower handles were exceptionally loose and hard to get the right temperature. So what. We managed. The staff was excellent and friendly. Upon check out we did alert them to the plumbing issue in hopes that it gets repaired for the next lucky quest. We will stay here again if necessary. Overall OK....

  Not fancy but Great Night's Sleep

  We booked this hotel because it was very affordable. It was very nice, super clean, and very quiet. We got one of the best night's sleep ever when traveling. The beds were comfy, linens good, AC worked well. Great Stay for a good value.
