  Clean & comfortable

  A great stop to rest on the way home from a quick trip. Friendly staff, quick check in, clean & quiet lobby. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The bathroom was a nice size. I would definitely stay again.

  Super Comfort and Hospitality

  What a great surprise on a long ride to Florida... Wish we were staying for a few more days....the check in was easy, friendly and professional.The rooms were clean and spacious. Had a little cocktail welcome in the evening that was wonderful...and a really great breakfast in the morning...if you are travelling and have to stop near Valdosta.. don't miss this little gem.

  This place Robbed me at check in!

  I booked online for a Great deal through a third party. I showed up later on in the evening to check in. During check in the front desk lady Crystal was looking for my reservation when she paused to say she didnt see it. Funny though as I watch her eyes glaring at my reservation. She didnt ask to clarify my name she simply said to get ahold of my third party who I booked with. I ended up just rebooking because I didnt want to wait to go to bed. Ive been traveling for over 10 hours. So I just rebooked and paid the difference thinking well they should be able to honor what was offered. As Ive worked in hotels prior and this type of thing happens all the time. Instead she refused to honor the hotel rate I had. The rate that was actually offered from their hotel. And charged me more. The price difference is about 45$ This is unethical and highway robbery. Ill never be staying here again- unless they decide to treat people like guests and not a meal ticket. This isnt professional at all. Nor is it standard operating procedure also during a pandemic. What a joke of a business to run like that. Also, my bathroom looks like a rip off from a much better hotel in Seattle. Except the shower door there actually slides to close and remain closed. The one here slides open... boy what a concept ruined just like customer service is ruined here.

  Wonderful stay

  This is one of the best Comfort Inns weve ever stayed at. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was attentive and accommodating. Double queen room had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Hotel has electric car charging station too. Due to COVID, breakfast was grab and go style, but still had cereal, danish, yogurts and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. Convenient location off 75 and lots of fast food as well as dine in restaurants in the area. 5 min drive to the mall as well. Definitely a place wed stay again.

  This is how filthy the floor is in our room!!!Some water got spilled on the vinyl floor and when I went to wipe it up this is how filthy the floor was. We would have never known how filthy and disgusting the floor really was, because the vinyl floor has a gray woodgrain finish so its hard to tell how filthy the floor really is. Absolutely disgusting!!! This much filth and dirt did not happen over a one night stay of a guest, this is a buildup over days of not properly cleaning the floors. My suggestion to you, if you stay there, use a washcloth and wipe the floor and see how filthy it really is. You maybe shocked! In times of the Caronavirus, this is outrageous and their should be no excuse as this hotel is putting lives at risk.
