  GPS won't get you there

  GPS took us to a dead end street, you could see the motel but couldn't get there. Finally has to ask a police officer who said you had to go through a restaurant parking lot and it was behind the restaurant.... who would have thought it! Only two towels, hand towels and washcloths, hotels use to put 4 towels in the room what happened? Property and rooms were clean which is what really counts.

  Noisy guests and rude nighttime front desk

  noisy guests checked into the room next to ours just after midnight yelling "Party!" and slamming doors waking all of us up. Front desk initially did nothing. They did come upstairs after hanging up on the 2nd phone call. My wife had gotten dressed to go downstairs and the front desk woman met her in the hallway and proceeded to be rude to her. Like it was our fault or something. They did speak to the guests and they spoke loudly instead of yelling and the door slamming continued until 2:30am. They finally stopped talking and went to sleep about 3am.

  Overpriced and fraudulent charges

  Stayed one weekend night in July 2020. Room was overpriced for weekend rates, but comfortable. $150 deposit was refunded after checkout. When I reviewed my credit statement a month later, I found an extra $100 charge. I called and spoke with the manager, who informed me that I had damaged the furniture in the room, and they had therefore charged me $100. I was never notified of the charge, nor did I approve of the charge, beyond the standard guest sign-in upon arrival. The "damage" was discoloration of the TV credenza, most likely caused by the coffee brewer in the spot where hotel staff had placed it in the room. I was curious if other motel guests have suffered similar experiences, but that is difficult to tell from TripAdvisor reviews. I recommend guests take their money elsewhere, and avoid the fraudulent charges and scams committed by this business.

  Good hotel, poor management

  We had 2 rooms reserved which the manager cancelled without telling us, forcing us to rebook onsite at a higher rate. He was unwilling to work with us and give us the original rate we booked which was $15 a room less. Beware that your reservation can be cancelled by the general manager forcing you into a different rate. I feel this was intentional making us pay the higher rate.

  Would rather sleep in my car

  My schedule changed, I had a 6 am flight. So on the evening (7 pm) of the 19th I tried to check out. Was told by the night desk that I COULD NOT without speaking to the manager. I asked to talk to him and was told I COULD NOT until the next day at 9 am (my flight was at 6 am) When I finally got him on the phone (from the Denver Airport at 10 am) I was told I would still be charged for the night of the 20th. It turns out I was charged for the 20th, 21st and 22nd. So after trying to check out 16 hours before checkout time, and speaking to the manager 1 hour before checkout time, I was charged, not only for that night but the next two nights as well. $435.04 stolen by management. Other than that, the stay was what you would expect, average budget hotel. I will choose another place to stay in the future. If none is available I would sleep in my car rather than stay another night in this hotel.
