  Clean Comfortable and Convenient

  Modern clean and comfortable. Just what I want when traveling x-country. Good sized room, nice staff. Close to I-44 and decent places to eat near by as well as large truck stop. Cant' think of anything else to say.

  Convenient and clean

  This is property is conveniently located just off I-44 on the west side of Tulsa. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, the highway noise might be an issue. Breakfast was the standard fare with waffles being a plus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are not many restaurants in the area, so your dining options are limited. There is a unique diner nearby, featuring a collection of toy cars, but the food was just average at best.

  Yes, we would stay here again

  We had room 317, very clean and spacious. Seemed newly remodeled. Christy checked us in and was very friendly and professional and answered all our questions. Our TV wasn't working and she came RIGHT up and got it fixed for us! Liked the option of soft AND hard pillows (other chains don't have that and they ALL should). Check out the Freeway Cafe - excellent comfort food - huge portions and great service. Only negative: huge gap between the door and the floor - so the bright light and air from the hallway comes in, so we had to put a bath towel down in front of it - did the trick!

  Stopped for the night in Tulsa

  We were looking for a place to stay the night in Tulsa and got lost and ended up seeing the comfort inn & suite of the highway. It was a little hard to find and in a dark area of town, no other hotels around. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. If I have a complaint it was the front desk staff, both night and morning were dressed in faded and over sized clothes (sweat shirts) or chained leather jackets. It just wasnt professional in my opinion. Breakfast was included and was the normal free breakfast, nothing special. One other thing, the tv was about the size of a computer screen, very small.

  Lots of issues

  To start with we were told the pet deposit would be a grand total of $22.63. At checkout we were charged $40. The zombie-like woman at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me when I brought that up. She just turned her back to me. The same clerk also told us there was a sofa in our room. No sofa was in our room, but they did get us a rollaway bed after first telling us we couldn't have one. Water pressure was very weak and the shower door broke but we couldn't get maintenance there until Monday morning and we were checking out Sunday morning. Pretty bad for a Choice hotel. They are usually better than this.
