  Fan of Comfort Inn- Not my favorite location...

  My family enjoys staying at Comfort Inn and Suites. We stay at several nice properties throughout the year. This location meets the minimum standards I expect at this chain- hot breakfast, indoor pool, cleanliness, etc. Also, it is right off the highway and has many eating establishments nearby- including a favorite of ours- Nancy's (Chicago-style) pizza. But some drawbacks- pool is fairly cold (swimmable, but not great), no hot tub, breakfast has no waffle or pancake maker, room price was on higher end for what I expect from this chain, and check-in was not swift (in fairness could have been just been bad luck on that).

  Just an overnight

  Im going to be subjective here-I feel like when you arrive at a mid level budget hotel a lot of the things arent going to be high quality because of the budget you are working with-with that said it was a nice hotel and for that Im giving it a 4 star rating. Im struggling to give it a 5 because of how so many things needed some serious maintenance. The beds were nice and firm and the bedrooms where clean and breakfast was perfectly simple. They do have a pool BUT it was ice cold. My babies were shivering all the way to the room. A couple of the towels we had were very worn and a lot of holes in them. I wont nit pick the hotel because I can do that in most of the full service high dollar hotels but i dont think ignoring cleanliness, holes, and stains on the wall should be ignored in any hotel.

  Average overnight stay

  Nice, clean room, very basic. Room and bathroom were small, for the money we did expect them to be a little more accommodating. Customer service was ok, nothing to write home about. Only encounter we had with them was checking in and out. Breakfast was ok, food was subpar, to say the least. Very small breakfast area, difficult to maneuver through the tables, especially with small children. Not our favorite Comfort Inn.

  Wonderful place to stay

  My name is Paul Im staying at this hotel for business with the my crew the Mason Construction, I must say this hotel is a good place to stay. Nice rooms that smell amazing & a wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast, I went to tip the young lady with blonde hair $20.00 for doing breakfast every morning & she wouldnt take it her response was no sir I cant accept that, that her job is to make sure all the guest feel welcome & to make us feel like we at home with this complimentary breakfast every morning to make sure our day starts off right, I must say that made my day, very nice & talkative, such a wonderful staff here didnt get her name tho & also cant forget about kristi very sweet woman

  Decent

  This was our second time staying here. Room was clean and comfy but smelled really bad, dont know how to explain the smell. Due to covid there wasnt the break which was understandable. I requested a first floor room because of my kids and they did make sure I had one. Staff was super friendly and Ill probably go back, hopefully the smell will be gone.
