  Very poor housekeeping. It's a shame because the hotel has nice-sized rooms with a cubby for the frig, microwave, and coffee. The bathroom has a separate faucet for water bottles and an additional hand held shower massage. The water pressure was so poor, that water only game out in a gentle stream. And temperature of the water was luke-warm at best. Unfortunately, surfaces are sticky, floors are not vacuumed, hair and bugs on the sheets, shorted towels and toilet paper. The toilet paper eventually provided was hardly usuable. The toilet itself had not been wiped down leaving hair and dried fluids on the rim. We had 2 rooms and both were dirty. We got two new rooms which were only slightly better. Breakfast room has no designated attendant. Only one person at the desk who is running ragged. We had stayed at this hotel the month prior and it was not this bad so we stayed a second time. There will not be a third time!

  Excellent- must stay here

  This is the cleanest Comfort Inn we have stayed at, and we usually stay at hotels 3 times a week for business. This was our 1st time bringing our dog and without hesitation they front staff was accommodating and made us feel welcomed with our fur baby. The oversized suite was huge and really clean. And the customer service from the morning front desk was super pleasant. We will be back next week!

  Management is terrible

  We will absolutely not be staying here again. We came here for a staycation with our kids to let them use the pool. The rooms smell like sewer, constantly. There are large bugs in the hallway bathrooms. Our room had left over baked beans in the fridge and French fries on the floor. The couch is disgusting - you can see the crusty spots from people before us. I called ahead of time to ask what their covid protocols and limitations were in regard to the pool and they told me that the only protocol they were taking is limiting capacity to 6 people. They did not indicate that the slide was also closed due to covid and that they close the pool on Sundays till after checkout to clean it due to COVID.

  Stay

  We enjoyed our stay with Comfort Inn & Suites. There rooms are so comfortable and cozy. The staff was very polite and helpful!. The general manager is so good with customers. She always makes us feel we are at home

  Memorable

  Everyone was so helpful and kind . I recommend this to anyone. Rooms are very clean. Parking was not an issue This place is conveniently located for what we need. Shopping dining- entertainment- gambling.
