  Great place!

  New hotel, beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly. Good location. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Outside doors are always locked and you must either have a room key to enter or be buzzed in by staff. Appreciated the extra level of security. Highly recommend.

  Brand New!! Convenient to ALL attractions!!

  Talk about a hidden gem!! This brand new hotel is located right off a major highway, yet it sits back enough from the road that we NEVER heard any road noise!! This hotel offers guests a wonderful experience: on-site laundry facilities, a swimming pool, a mini-store on site that offers everthing from grocery/personal items to laundry soap, a workout area and a hot breakfast!! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Additionally, this hotel is within a 10-minute drive of ALL attractions and major shopping/dining venues. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.The room was clean and spacious, and offered a small breakfast area with a microwave, coffee pot and microwave. There was also an in-room safe.

  Beautiful

  One of the best hotels in the area right now. Very clean and spacious, the check in/out was fast and smooth. The service is amazing. Definitely is going to be our place to stay every time we go to the city.

  Satisfied stay

  Newer hotel with updated bright layout and decor. Clean overall and well maintained. Room wasn't worn at this time. Housekeeping not selected during stay. Extra stuff given by front desk when asked. No issue. Ac is controllable by you and was COLD. Big selling point for me. Never got warm at night like most hotel rooms. The covid grab and go bagged breakfast was worthless and not worth the time and effort. Basically fruit(if they have it) and bottled water. Coffee not especially hot either in machine. Otherwise stay was okay. Staff not very friendly..very few interactions with staff when going in and out over 4 days.

  Extremely rude manager

  The male manager at this location is extremely rude. We stay at hotels probably 5-10 days out of the month for our business and I have never met such a rude manager who literally interrupts you mid sentence then shouts over you. We stayed for 3 days in two different rooms and experienced issues with neighboring rooms smoking weed to the point of it smelling in our room, Internet connectivity, a toilet that wouldnt flush as soon as we got in the room. (I normally would not leave a negative review for those things if the manager wasnt so rude. We wanted to upgrade to a suite when my children were coming, when I went down to let them know the manager rudely talked over me and he put me in another room that was not even the type of room that I wanted. (I wanted and was willing to pay for a suite but got a regular two bed room at no charge because after coming out of his office and saying I knew it was her to the desk lady he obviously assumed I wanted to move because of the smoke issue but that wasnt the case) All because he has a serious problem with LISTENING. At that point in our stay I was so over him and his rudeness that I decided just not to even say anything. Also my young children were shouted at for not having a mask on when entering instead of gently being told they needed one on (they were being dropped off by a sitter) you can expect one crappy frozen breakfast sandwich and I was told I couldnt get one for my husband who was exhausted from working the previous day. He had to come down and get his own. Give me a freaking break! Workout room is closed and so is the hot tub. I could go on and on. Bottom line is this manager needs better training or some meds because he is in the hospitality industry but is NOT hospitable at all! I feel sorry for the employees that work there! Yes the hotel is clean and new, but so is the best western next-door!
