  Nice room but inconvenient late arrival.

  I would not recommend this hotel if you are arriving anytime after 9:30pm. Our flight arrived after 9 and we had to taxi ($21.00). When we arrived there was a Chinese couple banging on the lobby door to no avail. The staff all leave at 9:30 at this large motel. We called the outdoor phone that is provided. You are required to pull out your credit card and read all the details front and back over the phone, while standing in the poorly lit parking lot in a sketchy neighborhood. Only then will they give you the code to open a little lock box to get your key. The Chinese couple spoke no english so after a great deal of pantomiming and reading their credit card, we got them their key too. In the morning the front desk gal was huffy with us when we complained about the lack of staff. She stated that their website clearly stated that they don't staff the hotel after 9:30. We asked for a shuttle to the airport and were asked if we had booked one. She said that was on the website too. She finally found a staff member to take us to the airport. All being said the room was very clean and comfortable. The shower amenities were also nice. Just frustrating after a long day of travel to have no one manning the desk.

  This property has comfortable rooms, a lovely intimate restaurant with a varied menu, friendly helpful staff and a free, reliable airport shuttle. Definitely my preferred option when flying out of Brisbane.

  Convenient

  Nice rooms with very adequate facilities. Close to the airport which is why we stayed there. A bit noisy in corner rooms on busy intersection. Petrol station close by. Parking on site. Good sized rooms.

  Great value

  Reception was wonderful and even carried my bags into my room as I had a cast on my arm.They allowed me early check-in as my flight had been cancelled with no extra fees. Room big and very clean. Caught the shuttle they offer to the airport with no hassle at all. Would definately stay here again if I was in Brisbane overnight.

  Great value for money, close to the airport

  Thank you to the amazing friendly team for going above and beyond regarding my circumstances. The one bedroom apartment is quite spacious and super clean. Great location for being near the airport and absolutely good value for money. Highly recommend to stay at this place :)
