  This hotel is great. Will definitely stay here again. Ashley and David were great as well as all other staff encountered. Room was spotless and beds were so comfortable. Tons of options for breakfast and conveniently located near several restaurants, the mall, airport, and right off the freeway. Tucked away from all the noise but a quick drive to many cool spots! There is a nice clean pool if you go in the warmer months. Plenty of parking. I appreciated that the walls were much thicker than at a normal hotel. Stayed in a room next to a family with lots of kids and didnt hear them once!

  Good size room

  We booked 5 nights and every day our key cards didnt work. Told they demagnetized if in contact with phone. We did not have it any where near our phones and still didnt work. Very annoying when you have been out all day and then have to go back to reception and wait to get it reset and to be told not to put it near your phone! Then we get to room at 6:30 and no cleaning staff was in to clean or provide clean linens, etc. On day 3. We also had little bugs on the counter. We had to ask for 2 days if the pool and spa would be cleaned as there was beer cans and dirt in the pool. Finally done late day 2. When we arrived there was nail clippings on the floor from the previous guests. No towels or toiletries. Should of taken a hint the first day and went elsewhere! The breakfast had variety and was ok.

  wonderful

  I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, not a bad experience yet. Peter palomino is so sweet and very helpful. He's the best hotel staff that I've seen. He always accommodates me to the room i desire. Thank for the wonderful customer service.

  Nice place

  4 day stay and visit was during covid so extra steps taken to ensure safety of staff and guest. Temperature and questioner done at check in and hand sanitizer by elevator.. Staff friendly, hotel lobby, hallways and rooms very clean. Rooms spacious with microwave and refrigerator, plenty of plugs for electronics. Just a few minutes from airport, restaurants and shopping. Outside clean and well lite at night.. Overall great stay and would stay again.

  Wasnt great for a family

  We stayed in this hotel on 2/24 for one night. We have 3 small kids and we are very seasoned travelers. Our kids have been staying in hotels and traveling their whole lives and typically, I am very particular about the hotels we stay in. I chose this hotel because of the price, not a good decision. The hotel was clean and the outside was beautiful. It would have been fine for a 1 person stay. The room is TINY. The bathroom is so small you cant fit 2 standing people in it (were a family of 5, there is no privacy lol). The shower is so small that if you turn the water on with the door open the water shoots all over the bathroom floor lol. No extra pillows when we asked, kinda bare bones stay, no hot breakfast..Lastly its all hardwood floor. I had never stayed in a hotel with wood floors and now I know never to do that again with this circus of a family in tow! We received a noise complaint because the floors were so loud and every time my 6 year old stomped across the floor the whole world heard him lol. Also the walls were pretty thin and we probably heard every police car, ambulance and airplane in the city. To be fair we are a loud family lol but weve never received a noise complaint in all our years traveling. They were hospitable and the hotel was clean and totally fine for 1 or 2 grown ups but I wouldnt bring my kids here again lol.
