  Good place to stay

  Comfortable room, friendly front desk staff. Rooms were very clean and big. Very quiet .Breakfast room large and variety of food good. As mentioned the front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods. We would certainly recommend this hotel and we would stay again.

  Great Place to Stay - Very Pleased

  Pass through and stayed one night. The front desk was friendly and pleasant even though he seemed very busy with several folks checking in at the same time. The room was clean and smelled nice! Always a plus when you don't find stains on the bedding, carpet or furniture! We would stay here again. FYI - the website indicated a pool and workout room. Appears to be no longer available.

  Better than average for a Choice Hotel

  We stayed at this hotel the day after Kansas City had a snow storm. Although we have had a good experience with another Choice hotel on 435 South we wanted to be past Kansas City when we started our travels the next day. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating but you could tell the hotel needed some updating. Our room for the most part was fine but the auto setting on the room heater did not seem to work. The breakfast area was nice and the breakfast did the trick. This hotel should have been priced at $65.00 instead of $85.00. I stay at Choice Hotels exclusively and have stayed at nicer ones for less money.

  Paper thin walls

  Pros: clean and updated rooms, beds are very comfortable. Cons: night clerk rented rooms to super drunk people at 2am. They were super noisy and using. Ad language through out the halls. If you see that people are drunk and loud, give them a room away from civilization. We could hear everything they said. So upsetting, we rented a room to rest before traveling and we did not sleep at all. This people woke up early and were banging on the doors and talking super loud. Pool was down, no excuse on why. The shower curtain had dried buggers on it, not the best sight when showering. Look, this was the best hotel we could find in the area, and the price called for a better room,also the air conditioner did not have a fan feature to use as white noise, tub and sink had mold. This hotel would have been 5stars if they only knew how to use their resources, like cleaning thoroughly and putting noisy people away from normal people knowing that your wall are paper thin.

  Comfortable and clean!

  We spent the night here on way through the area. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen would have been very useful if we'd been staying for more than a quick overnight. Good place to stay!
